Gaston Hearing Center — Attraction in Belmont

I got tired of asking people, "what did you say?"....It took me two years to admit I needed hearing aids due to the "commits" my friends and family whom had bad experiences with their's. So I decided to talk to my doctor (in the past they had a Hearing Dept. in their facilities). I was given a list of three Hearing Centers. (I not only write reviews, I actually read them!) I chose Gaston Hearing Center in Belmont located on 19 W. Myrtle St. It was somewhat a shock to have an actual doctor answer the phone!!! Dr. Tom Bocchino was very informative about the process of a hearing test to assess if I needed hearing aids. After a series of tests which indicated the decline of my hearing, I decided to go with the hearing aids. Dr. Boccino is SO patient, he answers ALL my questions. At present I have had my hearing aids for over 2 months, ("what?") is no longer in my vocabulary. I see Dr. Boccino for check ups regularly, and he gives me helpful suggestions on care and use of my aids. Honestly, I could call him anytime if I have a question! VERY rare these days!!
