I wanted to find a place in Belmont, NC that served breakfast all day. This establishment was the number one rated place on Google with the best reviews for such a request, so I drove 6 miles from my hotel to check it out. When I got there, I went to the counter and attempted to place an order, and was told that breakfast was over at 11am. I indicated what I had found online and was told that I was wrong, Google was wrong, and that I should contact Google to change it.
I turned around and left. There were a dozen reasons why I should've asked for a manager, but I was absolutely disgusted by the person working the counter. I didn't order anything despite being starving and drove 15 minutes down the road to Waffle House.
First of all, if you only serve certain types of food during certain times, you should specify that online so Google doesn't direct customers to you for breakfast when they cannot get breakfast. Secondly, your counter help needs to learn the nuances of customer care. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there, was very short and curt with me, and seemed more interested in sitting down than talking to me. Third, I don't appreciate being told by one of your employees that I am wrong about what I know I saw online and that I should contact Google to modify the online business hours of an establishment I don't even own. I mean are you kidding me?
I have been in the service industry for 30 years, with probably 20 of that in food service. I would never dream of treating a customer the way I felt like I was treated.

First of all, your hours online should specify that you stop serving breakfast at 11am. Secondly, your counter employee has the personality of a teaspoon and needs to learn some customer service skills.
