RayFit — Attraction in Belmont

I have been training at ClubRayFit since October, In the five months since I started training with Adi I have made some pretty exciting milestones, that I know I would not have been able to do without the support and encouragement from Adi, Ray and all the trainers at Club RayFit. Adi's commitment to training and her love of training shows in her one on one sessions and in her body burn classes, she is fully committed to helping you reach your goals however small or big they may be. I truly can't begin to express how wonderful she is! When I first met with Ray and walked into Club RayFit I won't lie I was a little intimidated; I was very out of shape and extremely self conscious. After talking with Ray and listening to his philosophy and seeing his commitment and dedication to fitness, and to helping others I couldn't help but feel excited and motivated! The environment at RayFit is like nothing else I have ever seen, the vibe is so contagious and fun, every member that I've met has been so kind and helpful towards one another. No one judges you and everyone there is so supportive, that is something you don't see at a big corporate gym for sure! The other important component at RayFit is the trainers, I can honestly say that every single trainer there is amazing! They are so knowledgable and supportive, and are so invested in seeing every client do well; they go the extra mile and truly make Club RayFit special and unlike any other. I have been with RayFit for over two years now. I train with Ray in a Small Personal Training group and take BodyBurn Group training classes. I absolutely love RayFit. The Small Personal Training group keeps me challenged and fulfilled. Every session is a new discovery for me: new equipment, new moves, potentials I thought I have not had... My workout is adjusted based on my needs, whether its an injury, strength level, or even equipment height. Ray rotates our exercises every 4 weeks and keeps our workouts fun!

RayFit's Body Burn training classes are a perfect combination of cardio and strengthens. All cardio machines are low impact and I don't have to worry of getting hurt. We always have options, I can do cardio one day and strengths the other day. The best part of this gym are its personal trainers. Ashley, Brittany, Adi, Fernando, Ray have helped me to get stronger, faster and healthier. Ashley helped me to get rid of old bad habits from years of incorrect training.

Once a month we have a killer BodyBurn BootCamp with DJ Omari that keeps us challenged and entertained.

My life has changed since I joined Club Rayfit almost 4 years ago! I am 6.5 months pregnant and still in better shape than I was before I joined. I remember when I first joined. I was terrified because I knew I was in awful shape. I was afraid of being judged or that I wouldn't be able to keep up. Boy was I wrong!! The entire team and other members were welcoming, helpful, patient, and non judgmental. I was encouraged to try a little more everyday. Today that culture remains, and now I find myself assuming the role of encouraging and helping new members.

Over the course of the past 4 years I've been through a breakup, 2 moves, 2 career changes, 2 parents undergoing cancer treatment, the near loss of my beloved father, my wedding, and now my first pregnancy. My life has changed a lot, to say the least. Throughout this time the ONLY constant in my life has been Ray and the team at Club Rayfit. For this I am forever grateful and a Rayfitter for life.
