I bought one laptop off of him cause the price was fair and needed one I was okay with beating up for work. That computer was and still is a power house with no issues. I decided to buy another one off him because I hired my wife full time to run the day to day work for my business. From the jump, the computer gave me nothing but issues. First month: Battery problem and he wanted me to pay for the parts. Wasn't too expensive, so I did. Second month: Computer would randomly shut off, so we took it back to him, he had it for a few days, and he charged my wife ≈$200 for repairs. Why am I paying for repairs on a computer that I just bought? Mr. Rodger immediately mentioned when I called him about him charging me $200 that he doesn't offer a warranty or refunds. How? You're a service provider, how do you not? He stated that he's a small business and can't provide warranties or refunds like those big companies. That's no excuse. I own a company that provides a service too and have no issues with providing a warranty to my customers. I rarely have to provide warranty because we're good at our craft. I'll admit it does suck, you lose money, but we still own up to it. Anyways, we got the computer back, it was working, and then started shutting off on us again. We just dealt with it for weeks, took it back again for the 4th time because it was getting out of hand, he "fixed it", was good for a day, and then it started again. Joshua had delivered as promised and literally resurrected my machine; a much faster version with all my documents. Nothing was lost. I cannot speak highly enough of Joshua’s kindness and willingness to take on what seemed like an impossible task to me. Brought in my older Dell laptop because it kept shutting down along with having error screens. I use it daily for work so was really hoping it could be repaired. He transferred over all my files to the new one in less than an hour. I am extremely pleased with my new laptop.
