The narrow strip of beach here is rocky and the dark sand doesn't look all that inviting. HOWEVER, dogs are allowed to romp off leash and that rare freedom might trump these other considerations for many pet owners.

Breezes off the bay are a welcome relief from oppressive summer heat elsewhere in the region and the views...
