Overall we had a great time and found the experience worth it however there were a few things that did deter from the overall experience, hence taking away a star. We had bought tickets in advance and were quickly attended to in the office and putting on our harnesses, however we waited over 30 minutes to be given the safety demo, which was kind of frustrating given that it’s a timed experience from when you get your ticket.

Then when we went up to the area where you can access the different courses, there was a guy named Jason who was directing people to start their chosen course. As we approached the chosen course he told my husband to clip in and then told our 14 year old daughter to clip in. She went to go under the cable to clip in and he reprimanded her harshly. This was our first course and he hadn’t explained the specifics yet got upset with her when she had done it incorrectly.

I understand that it is a safety issue but she wasn’t near an opening to the course and the tone and attitude of his response was uncalled for. He was so harsh that she started crying. After he noticed she was crying, he did somewhat soften his instruction but did not apologize to her or say anything about him responding inappropriately. He seemed frustrated working in that location where he was having to help people and either he was having a really rotten day and taking it out on customers or maybe he shouldn’t work as closely with them.

He was relieved by a different person after about 45 minutes of us being there and she was sooo incredibly great with the kids and everyone who was going to start their course. She explained what to do to properly, taking the time and with an appropriate tone and we did thank her for doing such a great job.

Aside from that wait at the beginning and Jason, our experience was great and I would recommend it to others. Hopefully if/when we go again, Jason will either not be there or will be better at working with customers.

Edit: After leaving this review, the owner contacted me personally to assure me that they were going to be retraining the person who had reacted harshly and help them to handle situations like this. I appreciated the personal response and also their willingness to make sure that the customer service is top notch, along with their already great safety protocols. I will definitely return with my family and recommend it to others. It was a great family experience that has success levels...

Edit: used a brand new card to pay. Card was compromised the day after I wrote this review. This is the only place I used the card. Buyer beware.

Park is great and safety is priority! Birthday party space was convenient and self serve. Our 13 year old boys party all had a great time and built so much confidence!! They moved us to the course so quickly and easily!!

Only disappointing thing was customer service level from before the party day on the phone. I called to talk about the process and walk through questions and dates and was just pushed to look myself online (which I had). Then I got an email noting some waivers weren't completed but that I could give them all party attendees and they would let me know who didn't sign. So I called and was told to just use the link in the email instead. Don't offer to help us reconcile if you're not willing - just provide the link only. Tried calling one more time to ask a few more questions not covered in FAQ on website but no answer.

To be clear, once we were here, customer service was outstanding and smooth. Pre booking was just a bit frustrating.

Edit: response is perfect example of the snarkiness you'll have to deal with. No one hung up on you and your email says you are happy to help go through the waivers. Update your email if you are so unwilling to speak to people...

Easy to locate (used WAZE). Minutes from the highway. Plenty of parking. Had plenty of Clean portable toilets. Very well organized and the Staff was very accommodating & Friendly. Great atmosphere inside the challenging doable park. Plenty of attentive , positive, knowledge staff members. The zip line harness was put on by staff members who knew what they were doing. How to clip on-clip off the harness and how to secure yourself upon landing on one of many secure platforms was explained , And shown on a mock zip line in a very detailed and exact way. Questions were answered immediately. The group was brought over in a very orderly fashion to level One. Upon completing this level under watchful eyes, you could go to level two. Again if you were confident in completing level two, you went to level three, where there were additional staff members up on the zip line with you. Also there was cold water available in between the levels. First time for myself and my two young adult sons. What A Blast!!!! What was impressive were numerous young children and teenagers in the park. Shout Out to Karen in the office and I believe it was Taylor explaining how the zip line cables work, in layman's terms. Would recommend this challenging and rewarding time in the woods. Lotta Fun and laughs. Thank you BAZA for the memories! ...

My husband and I are just reaching Our mid and late 50s. For my granddaughter’s eighth birthday, we wanted to end the summer on a special note and do something challenging and confidence building. Boundless adventures was the perfect choice! First time there we Completed two of the yellow courses. Although they are beginner, they were challenging and engaged, our balance, mental acuity and our confidence. We were all terrified, but we did it. We went through and at the end of the first course my granddaughter was so excited and she just thanked us up and down for bringing her. She said, although she was terrified it was the best thing she ever did. I can’t say enough about the young men and women working there - from the beginning they were friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, attentive, patient, and never failed to come to our rescue, the few times we did have to call out for them. This was a great day for all and we’re definitely going to return. It has inspired us to make sure we get to the gym and make sure we work out and get our muscles and our core and our balance in check for next year’s challenges we’re hoping to conquer. We want to complete the last yellow course, the green ones and hopefully move up to the blue!!! Thank you Boundless adventures for a memorable day!

I can’t thank Aiden “The Gator” enough for all his help today! I had a couple moments of absolute panic and truly couldn’t have continued on through the (outside) blue course if it weren’t for Gators’ help. I’ve completed the blue course under the tree canopy with ease before, but this felt totally different. I’m so thankful he gave me the pep talk, confidence, and motivation I needed to continue moving forward on the course with my family. This was my fourth time climbing and third time attending Boundless, and I have had the most outstanding experience each time. I attended Boundless once in a professional setting in which I also took a group of my students to this park, and the staff were phenomenal in helping even my most nervous students continue on (with two completing the black course and not thinking they were capable of even completing a yellow at the start. 😊) The staff are truly unmatched and fully capable in helping you succeed! Again, Aiden, thank you. And thank you to all park staff! My family and I cannot wait to return.
