Overall we had a great time and found the experience worth it however there were a few things that did deter from the overall experience, hence taking away a star. We had bought tickets in advance and were quickly attended to in the office and putting on our harnesses, however we waited over 30 minutes to be given the safety demo, which was kind of frustrating given that it’s a timed experience from when you get your ticket. Then when we went up to the area where you can access the different courses, there was a guy named Jason who was directing people to start their chosen course. As we approached the chosen course he told my husband to clip in and then told our 14 year old daughter to clip in. She went to go under the cable to clip in and he reprimanded her harshly. This was our first course and he hadn’t explained the specifics yet got upset with her when she had done it incorrectly. I understand that it is a safety issue but she wasn’t near an opening to the course and the tone and attitude of his response was uncalled for. He was so harsh that she started crying. After he noticed she was crying, he did somewhat soften his instruction but did not apologize to her or say anything about him responding inappropriately. He seemed frustrated working in that location where he was having to help people and either he was having a really rotten day and taking it out on customers or maybe he shouldn’t work as closely with them. He was relieved by a different person after about 45 minutes of us being there and she was sooo incredibly great with the kids and everyone who was going to start their course. She explained what to do to properly, taking the time and with an appropriate tone and we did thank her for doing such a great job. Aside from that wait at the beginning and Jason, our experience was great and I would recommend it to others. Hopefully if/when we go again, Jason will either not be there or will be better at working with customers. Edit: After leaving this review, the owner contacted me personally to assure me that they were going to be retraining the person who had reacted harshly and help them to handle situations like this. I appreciated the personal response and also their willingness to make sure that the customer service is top notch, along with their already great safety protocols. I will definitely return with my family and recommend it to others. It was a great family experience that has success levels for everyone!

I can’t thank Aiden “The Gator” enough for all his help today! I had a couple moments of absolute panic and truly couldn’t have continued on through the (outside) blue course if it weren’t for Gators’ help. I’ve completed the blue course under the tree canopy with ease before, but this felt totally different. I’m so thankful he gave me the pep talk, confidence, and motivation I needed to continue moving forward on the course with my family. This was my fourth time climbing and third time attending Boundless, and I have had the most outstanding experience each time. I attended Boundless once in a professional setting in which I also took a group of my students to this park, and the staff were phenomenal in helping even my most nervous students continue on (with two completing the black course and not thinking they were capable of even completing a yellow at the start. 😊) The staff are truly unmatched and fully capable in helping you succeed! Again, Aiden, thank you. And thank you to all park staff! My family and I cannot wait to return.

I have been to Boundless Adventures a few times on some work morale trips I have coordinated. Folks enter thinking it'll be some kind of made-for-kids affair (kids and teens do love it). However, after 10 mins on the first course the adults realize how much fun it is and they really have an incredible time. Some adults will sink into the easy courses and still have an absolute blast. Some of the younger more adventurous folks in our group will gravitate to the blues and blacks (hard and extra hard) and they have a great time testing their limits! They have ziplines, balancing acts, tunnels to crawl through and other creative challenges. The location of Boundless Adventures is great. Nestled in the woods it's great during all season. Even in the fall when it's kind of chilly you'll warm up quick once you start moving. Food isn't on site but there are plenty of options close by. Bathrooms on site are portable ones - but are normally quite clean. Overall, awesome place! Will come again. Would recommend to friends.

"Glow in the Park" this weekend was a blast!! We had been to other rope zipline parks but none compared to this one. The dark (with some lights) added to the fun. We were two adults, two 17 years old and a 13 year old. We did the green first and thought it was fun, especially in the dark. Lots of laughs, some effort to complete. We then skipped the blue and went right to the black - WOW. What a course! We adults are in good shape, kids all play sports and it was a challenge for all of us in the dark. Not for the faint of heart. "Glow in the Park" is a great place to take your teen when you need some family fun away from the screen. All the young adults that were working there were superb. Quick check-in, safety briefing, and demonstration. They limited the amount of tickets sold. We never had more than a couple minute wait and that was only for the hard black course.

Brought eight 15 and 16 year old boys. They had a blast! My 16 yo wanted to celebrate his birthday here two years ago, and this is how he wanted to celebrate this year, too.
