I was told not to write a review after the nightmare of an experience with Andre at Hannoush. (He has since apologized for his horrible unprofessionalism but the damage was already done) I came into the store during the "busiest" time for them (the store had 2 people in it) I got Andre, at first he was very helpful and seem to understand what I wanted. I wanted a Verragio Persian 100 two toned. At first I opted to buy a diamond from them as well. I told him I will discuss with my fiance and see what he says. My Fiance didn't agree with the diamond but did to the ring. At the time I thought we could just put in the order but the dimensions of the diamond were needed. I provided the dimensions but the process still had not started. I called the store and would get response that they would call me back but wouldn't. Long story short after waiting 6 weeks I received the wrong ring. I was very upset as anyone would be. I asked his brother what they could do to rectify the situation they told me the best they could do was reorder it and I wait again for another 6 weeks. Needless to say I was unhappy. I left without putting in the order. The next day after I cooled down I called again. Andre told me how much of a difficult customer I was, and that he was annoyed at me as much as I was annoyed at him for putting in my order wrong. He then told me he rather just give me my money back and be done with me. I told him he was being extremely unprofessional. He told me he didn't care and not to bother writing a review, because it doesn't help anyone. I hope that it sways you from not dealing with such unprofessional customer service. I did receive an apology the next day. I am convinced someone told him to apologize because he kept saying he wasn't apologizing for my business, which at that point would never happen. He said I was not a difficult customer and I was very nice person and that he was having a bad day because someone was sick. I am sorry but that does not give you the right to basically cuss out a customer buying a near $3,000 engagement ring. I highly do not recommend going there unless you want your order wrong and to be told off in...
Read moreI really love this store! My husband proposed with a ring that I absolutely love, but it was purchased from Zales. One of the corner diamonds in the ring kept falling out and I took it to Zales for repair twice and they “fixed it” both times. The third time I took it in (three times in five months) for the same stone falling out, they told me that they couldn’t fix it and I had to pick a whole new ring. I was distraught because I love the one that my husband picked for me. I happened to meet an employee of this Hannoush store and he asked if I would like them to try fixing the problem setting, so I said yes and haven’t had an issue with my ring since! You can’t even TELL that work was done on it and all of my stones are secure! Hands down I will do all of my jewelry shopping here from now on. They’re honest, kind people, and they clearly know what they’re doing, far more so than the “jewelers” at Zales. I’m so happy that I get to keep the ring that I love and SO thankful for the remarkable work that this store was able to do to fix my flawed setting. They really go above and beyond to make people happy. I’d absolutely recommend this place to ANYONE looking for beautiful jewelry and...
Read moreMake sure you go in knowing your stuff. The natural diamonds are WAY overpriced, and they don't provide the specs on some of them. For example, I went in and saw a diamond that was a 1ct I color SI2 it was over 6k and was not certified. I ended up purchasing a I color VVS2 (better clarity) certified diamond with a 14k yellow gold setting online for 3100. You can find better prices online. Shop around and compare prices. Do your research. The prices are not honest. They will ask you personal questions about your occupation to get a sense of what you can afford. Don’t tell them. I was told one price, and then the price they offered changed and went up mid-conversation. I questioned why they told me one price and then changed it, and they denied having said the first one. Also, I went in one day, and Andre was friendly when I was making a purchase. I returned the next day to look at something else, and he had an attitude. It was very strange. Jewelers are negotiators, so make sure you go in prepared; otherwise, you will overpay. I...
