So xfinity itself is terrible online customer service convinced me to bundle my internet and wireless for an 'amazing deal'. Before i could move my phone to xfinity I had to pay off the installment plan. I did and told I'd be reimbursed. The online xfinity rep then disconnected my other srrvice to move it over, and the previous carrier put a lock on it. I kept being told to download an esimm which I did, and nothing. I was told to call my previous carrier to get the code, the previous carrier said there should be no problems and they didn't have a code. Then I was told I could order a new phone and get the same deal with a 500 trade in credit. As that was going on the numbers started changing. Seeing as I couldn't get someone directly on the phone instead of chat I decided maybe it was best to go into the store.
I walked in and was greeted, which was fine and put in the que. As I waited a gentlemen was in the back screaming at a wall about his bill, which ironically I empathisized with after working with the chat reps for 5 hours previously ( and honestly had no idea what I was paying for anymore.) It took about 30 minutes for a specialist to see me. From the moment I walked over I immediately felt like the guy had 0 interest in helping me, and that turned out to be the truth. I told him what was going on and he said yeah eveything they told me hadn't been plugged in the system. So I asked how I could move forward with somewhat the same promotion to get a phone I could use. He told me he couldn't honor any of the chat deals and that they had different systems. So I asked if I could show them the chat and he said it wouldn't matter and asked if I wanted to buy a new phone or not. No real options just buy a new phone or he wasn't going to help. Instead of getting to the point of screaming I took a deep breath and said thank you but no thanks.
Then I got back online to get back on the chat. The chat then said that they needed to call me ( I had to use someone else's phone because mine wasn't working now for 7 hours). I was told to go to the store to get a physical sim. I told them I had just left and that was never an option they presented to me. Again on the phone everything was different than what was previously offered. I was told they needed to transfer the phone number to a new number and then I could re download the esimm, and that was the reason. So that happened and I still got the same error.
I was then told the best option for me was to buy a new phone for a trade in rebate. However, they said I wasn't eligible anymore for any of the other previous offers. The reason I got was that because I had moved it over then canceled the bundle because of the phone not porting over made me an existing customer instrad of a new customer. I then was going to check back with my previous carrier to get my plan back but now xfinity had my information and they couldn't do anything for 48 hours.
So here I am 24 hours later using my phone on wifi, with my old number in the universe, a new number I can't use, and apparently a wireless/ home internet plan I can't use unless I purchase a new phone. Yes I looked at my xfinity account and I have a $50 wireless plan and home internet at $99 and I was qouted $60 for both which os why I switched. Any of it make sense, yeah me neither.

We have had Xfinity for Nearly 3 years Now. I got it do to the Fast upload. My Husband and I have Ministry Videos to Produce and Upload. Also a Business D.M.G Cinematic Films were we Produce Video, Radio and Sound production for others.
It has been off 5 Times this Morning and it is only 10:00 am
Well the internet started fast, but since the purchase, though using the same package, it uploads slower, but the Bill has gone up.
Now this is the Part that is Just Foul, We have called over 30 times(No exaggeration) and if we called every time it was off, it would be in the hundreds.
Even Yesterday 5-13-19 , no internet until 5:30 pm and I have had NO INTERNET service all day! I am a Minister(With many videos to Upload), Author and again, my husband and I do video Production that we have to send and Upload.
Our Service is Off more than Half the day EVERY DAY, and pops on and off from 15-30 times a day! You just get Tired of Calling and NOTHING is done!
I am Praying that another INTERNET company comes to Nashville, The Customer service is Poor, as they are Arrogant because there are not many Options on service.
They have never fixed it and Never given one Credit.. and are Very Dismissive, though they know it is used to earn money, and even if it is wasn't use to earn, We are Paying for service we may get to use 30% of the time.. It Just isn't Just!
Hopefully Soon Xfinity will be a PERMANENT X for Services... They just don't Care, they simply Don't Care!

Reason of review: They collect Money Promptly, yet Most of the Time our Internet is down- NO SERVICE not just BAD SERVICE.
