Bought one jacket from them 7 years ago, loved it and decided to buy another one to keep in the box till my first one wore out (if it EVER does). Opened the box of the new jacket and almost threw up with how terrible the quality of materials are now FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE FIRST ONE.

Purchased a leather coat 11/17/21 for $400.00. They took the money immediately. Printed a UPS label on 11/22/21 but never gave UPS the package. Delivery date was set for 12/3/21. It is now 12/10/21. Amazon has tried to contact them as well as my attempts to contact Luxury Lane. No return contact to Amazon or myself. The internet is riddled with bad reviews for this place. I should have looked before purchasing. This place just takes orders and does not ship the product out.. This happens over and over and they are still getting away with this after years of the same...

Ordered Prime coat, 2 weeks went by and shipping indicated sent to UPS with tracking, contacted company and “customer service” indicated it will arrive when promised…two more weeks go by and Amazon still has same tracking number and due to arrive today. Didn’t arrive, checked back with customer service again and they indicated UPS lost it and a new one wouldn’t arrive for several weeks. Contacted UPS and they indicated it was a made up shipping number. No product, no customer service and a lot of...

Ordered through their Amazon store. After a month of no shipping updates, I contacted them, only to hear back that my item was never shipped, and they had no idea when it would ship. This was only after I initiated an inquiry into my order.
