I am currently a manager at a bigger chain of trampoline parks nation wide however when I travel I typically like to go check out their local parks and see how they differ from ones of my company. This park in particular sticks out as one of the worst. I know how things should be running and this is not it in the least. First off when you walk in rather than being greeted and explained the process, you are forced to walk up to the desk which was a confusing mess of coworkers openly discussing an injury of a jumper and when they decided they were finished my last name was asked for. I Fill out the waiver and my birthday was never asked for on it and no ID was shown so as far as they know I could be a 16 year old kid lying on my waiver, I get the socks yada yada yada I approach the jump floor and.. Oh. My. Gosh. If my park ever looked anything like this I would be on the unemployment line immediately. Kids violating nearly every rule in the book (which is not surprising after all the rules were never explained or enforced) laying down on trampolines, double bouncing, sprinting and racing. These things happen all the time trust me I get it..... but.... the staff needs to be involved and stop this so nobody gets hurt. This whole building is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The 3 employees out there were just busy talking to each other or zoning out to care or realize what was happening. Not stopping people from hogging attractions or blatant rule and safety violations. And one thing that really bugged me was how I know they start times on the half hours at trampoline parks so I get there at 6:13 and I purchased a half hour which got me until 6:30. Now since I work at one I understand how and why i was swindled of jump time but if I were a new customer to trampoline parks, which as far as they know I was, this would have absolutely ruined my experience completely being that it was never explained nor did they just assume to start me at 6:30 to get a full half hour. It’s just a whole lot of little things that most people don’t realize but this place is NOT recommended from me on a safety and customer service stand point. Hopefully they make some well needed changes so the business can thrive though, could be a lot of fun if run better.
