Asked them what was in a Ceaser Salad and the guy talked to me like that was a stupid question and said “well lettuce and chicken obviously.” I said ok, is there any cheese in it? Can I have mine without any cheese? I don’t eat dairy. I bring my salad to my house, find cheese everywhere on it. My husband calls and they said they can make us a new one the next day because they were about to close, but this is supposed to be our dinner and I’ll have nothing to eat for the night. So the guy said to come down now and pick up a new one. My husband goes and brings my salad for proof. The guy said he can’t make a new salad but can give him a different salad and pick out the chicken from my salad and put it in the different salad. My husband said no, because that defeats the point of having a new salad with no dairy. The chicken has cheese all over. They gave my money back and my husband threw out he salad they gave him originally inside their restaurant.
Overall, they don’t care if you have a food allergy and don’t care about their customers.

Read moreThe lovely Helen of Troy steered us right as soon as we confessed our Texas origins and need to experience local specialties. Served on a toasted bun with house made tartar sauce and some hot sauce (suggested by the cook), it rivals the grouper from Florida. My hubs enjoyed the super Angus roast beef sandwich on an onion bun. I had to have a bite - it was so juicy and tender! We also got a sneak taste of their fried clams- I normally have some trouble with fried foods but decided to risk it and everything was sooooo good!!! Unfortunately they were out of clam chowder; maybe next time. I would come back and eat my way through their whole menu AND hang out with the whole staff-they were so friendly and the food fantastic! Read moreMy roast beef sub was good. The onion rings are the frozen type, so they sucked. The idiot ringing up my order was missing a bunch of teeth which indicates horrible hygiene practices, and she went on to handle cash, while wearing gloves, and then handle food wearing the same gloves. Some people just dont understand the purpose of gloves. The people making the food behind the counter were eating pieces of what they were making, with their fingers actually going into their mouths, and then not washing their hands before touching the food for the customers. So, multiple health code violations which i will be reporting. These people to need to trained in food safety and handling again before they cause someone...
