I spent about $106 to get my Iphone 11 screen replaced. Shortly after getting my phone fixed my phone started acting weird. When I use the keyboard the keys wouldn't work or it acts as if the screen is freezing. Then, 2 days later I get this warning notification to my phone. I go back to the store and ask the Technician if he's a certified tech and if they use certified IPhone parts. He said, "No".
I told him that they need to post a sign stating that because now I have to turn around and spend more money getting it fixed correctly. He told me it would cost $200 at Apple. I told him I was better off doing that in the first place. Also, he said, "By law we don't have to post a sign saying we're not authorized IPhone Techs." I told him just because it isn't a law doesn't mean you shouldn't do what's ethical. This place has no integrity.
If I would have known that they don't use certified IPhone parts and that their not certified IPhone Techs I wouldn't have done business with them. CONSUMERS BEWARE!!!! I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business...
Read morePicked my phone up today: original problem- battery stopped working. Almost 2 weeks to get the battery delivered, plus a day cause "i didn't even know this came in" Fair. Aside from that, they fixed the battery. (-1 star due to time to fix). When i picked the phone up, the tech mentioned the screen was now broke and that they should have told me that would happen when i dropped it off, which they didn't. They 'pinched'? the screen because they don't know how or dont have the equipment to open it, a youtube video showed a double sided suction cup device to pop it open. When i mentioned the screen was fine before hand is when he mentioned the first tech should have told me that would happen. Price: ~100$. (i didn't get the new screen, and -2 stars). If i would have known this in the first place, i woulda just bought a cheap new phone. The price for the battery and service was pretty good though. Glad I don't use...
Read moreMy wife’s phone broke over the weekend, I went in to get a quote on what needed to be fixed. They stated the phone needed a new screen and quoted me $200 for the fix. (Sucks, but it is what it is) They told me they’d have to order the screen and it would take 4-5 days to get the part in and to get it fixed. I dropped it off for repair and they called me about 4 hours later stating the fix was much simpler than they thought (just a loose connection that caused the phones screen to not display anything) and I didn’t need a new screen after all. They charged me $40 for diagnostics and labor and had my wife’s phone fixed the same day.
Excellent service and integrity when they could have charged me the $200 for the fix and a new screen. Honest work and great customer service! Thank you guys so much for the timely work...
