She needs to get odd the 1 & yelling at the customers & the guy i would soon to find out he doeant care about customers. Or making things better for anyone & laughing in their faces it the way to deal with it. She started screaming at him that we weren't supposed to have it in the store, and I said. Are you talking about us? Cause she was loud enough for everybody to hear her loud mouth. She's loud enough for everybody to stop to Her screaming. I told her that she didn't have to behave like that. That's not how you're supposed to act & next time She needs to walk up to usvquietly, & talk to us like we're human. we're, not anyone that she can abuse like she did. because you're not supposed to embarrass people like that. Especially if theres a problem. Because we really weren't doing anything wrong & I didn't have any other food open I know the health code. But you need to rethink this staff whoever you fired from the night staff that actually did a good job & cared. I'd really get them back fast & I paid cash for the other that wasn't right by anymore & I'd like to be refunded for the order i didn't get since No one in the store would help me.Contact the other store and fix the problem and also the other order.I actually paid cash board in the store that I was actually in was awful not Just the food but the behavior of the employees and how they treat their customers and the lack of professionalism, caringness, the kindness The work ethic is completely gone and I don't even know how the people behind the counter even had a job cause if that was me actually like that. 20 years ago 30 years ago I would have been fired and made known that I wouldn't be able to file for unemployment. l can't report it to corporate so posting it here. Read moreOn Tuesdays, I always get tacos. I was at the Arvest bank across the street with someone there, and I was thinking tacos for lunch. Everything was OK when I walked in. I my order on the touch screen. I went to my table, and I was waiting a long time. I went up front to see what the deal was, and some lady was butchering my name when my order was ready. When I got it, I was missing my drink. I kept trying to say that I did not get my drink. I was being ignored. I also asked if that my order. I said what it was, and they told me yes. Now I was getting pissed. I kept asking multiple times for my drink, and after several attempts, I finally got my drink and went to my table. When I opened up my tacos, my order was screwed. Now, I am getting mad. I went up from and told the guy my order is screwed up bad. I was told they will not remake the tacos with me and asked if I wanted a refund. I am now getting extremely irate. I told the guy to "give me my goddamn refund!" He told me I was going to get my refund. I love Taco Bell to death, but I will come back to this location when hell freezes over.

Read moreTerrible service all around. Went for lunch today, waiting in the drive through for 10 maybe 15 minutes. It never even moved, went inside and ordered quickly however we waited 30 to 35 minutes for our order which was super simple, two 5 dollar boxes. I would have left like everyone else was but i had already paid and the girl at the front counter dissapeared to do god knows what because she for sure wasnt on the line. Ive never seen teenage boys wrap a taco slower then i did today, not to mention the profanity that was being tossed around in front of my young daughter. They were out of mild sauce, doritos tacos, and that was just my order. Got home and our order was right because i checked it before leaving but the tacos were all broken and the beans were cold. I dont understand how one establishment can be so careless and lazy with their crew. It is really sad to see such a popular chain let employee run it in to the ground as i watched today. My favorite part was one employee standing around with a bag of ice on her hand barking orders at everyone and being very rude. Im sorry that you hurt yourself but be an adult and go take care of it. Dont stand around while customers have been waiting forever and yell. Just rude, lazy...
