Slow and bad service! It does no good to order ahead here. They won’t start your order until you get there and you still have to wait. This wasn’t a one time deal. I visit this location more than I care to bc of the location convenience. They wait to start the order EVERY TIME! I started picking up my mobile order in the drive thru bc they always service the drive thru first and the wait time is less than going in to grab it off the counter (since they haven’t started it) even though a lot of times, I’ve sent my order through 20 min or more prior. One time it was 20 min prior and when I got there to pick it up, it wasn't ready and there was. I one there. There were employees just playing around inside. When I told them I ordered it 20 min ago on the app, they just looked at me and gave no explanation. It’s frustrating bc the point of ordering ahead is to SAVE TIME, but that never happens. Today I waited in the drive through for 25 min. They have no sense of urgency and their parking lot is not made to accommodate the slow work pace. Do better, Starbucks! This is the worst location I’ve been to in the Tulsa area and service is bad on a...
Read moreThis Starb's has gone down hill! The drive-thru line takes FOREVER! and because of how long the drive thru line gets at times, it backs up the people who are trying to park to go in. I actually went in last week because there was no one parked-- everyone was going through the drive-thru--and it was a really long wait inside, even though no one was in front of me. Also, when I've been using the drive thru, they hand me an incorrect drink all the time! I've started having to check every time they hand me one to make sure it's mine. Also, I had a guy (who i haven't seen working there in a few weeks) scan my phone without saying a word to me, put my drink on the ledge of the drive thru window and continue talking to another employee... never said a word! so i picked up the drink, saw it was mine and pulled away. I expect a little more for a "$5-$6 per...
Read moreI had a sandwich and some tea with my mom at this Starbucks not too long ago. The place is unlike any other Starbucks that I've gone to. They have more of like a mid-century modern feel rather than a warm arts and crafts field. So it's more of like a place where you get in and get out In my opinion. That's a shame, because I'm used to going to Starbucks within Barnes and Nobles we're taking my books across the street to a Starbucks store and sitting down for a while. The benches weren't very comfortable, and they were actually kind of hard to get up from. the chairs don't seem to be made for Comfort, but rather to keep you at attention. I would definitely go somewhere else for a slower study time. but, for the variety of teas, a good feta sandwich, and a quick 1 hour visit with family, This is a...
