Happy House — Restaurant in Bixby

I have been eating here for 5 years. I have only the best to say about their food and the people working there. On very rare occasion an order would be missing a small item and they've always been very apologetic and did whatever they could to fix the mistake. Last summer I stopped by for a late lunch and my car wouldn't start afterwards. They so nice, they took time out of their busy day to drive me home and refused to allow me to pay them for their time or trouble. Amazing people, making great food!

*Since the post I made above over a year ago, I have returned to this restaurant 1 time. Upon placing an order the lady taking orders began to accuse me of calling in a complaint recently. I told her that I hadn't made an order recently or called in a complaint. Then she said yes it was, it was your voice! I have no idea who called in the complaint because I had been out of state for over 4 weeks at the time. But she continued to insist it was me that called in no matter how many times I told her it was not me.I have never had anything bad to say about this restaurant until now, accusing customers of things they simply didn't do is a great way to lose business. I've been dining here for at least 7 years and I will NEVER go back again...

Through Doordash, I often order from their sister location in BA. Not only did the Memorial location attempt to nickel and dime me by changing the price by 10$, they wanted to argue with me over the phone about it. The other location never does this and their staff is able to understand customers to a greater degree than the non-English speaking manager that angrily yelled at me in Chinese over the phone before hanging up. They not only charged me for my meal (16$ and some change), they charged me for the same meal again for 21$. In all, this restaurant is poorly managed, and if you want better service and staff that charges menu price, go to/order from the other...

Slightly above average American Chinese food. Clean environment, and clean bathrooms. True that the fried wontons are great, but the chicken on a stick were small, but taste good as well. Otherwise their food left me craving for more crunch and was very basic, but it is what it says it is and is once again slightly above average.
