This store in Bloomfield, MI is usually my go to UPS store due to being close to my home and because I have always received excellent service. Today, I had my husband return an item I ordered via Amazon. When I choose the return option via Amazon, it clearly stated NO BOX. I printed out the label that Amazon showed in my return, gave it to my husband to take to the store. My husband called me from the store to say that the UPS clerk wants to charge me $19.00 for a box to return this back, though it clearly stated on my AMAZON return option, NO BOX. I asked to speak with the manager because the young man on the phone stated that this happens all the time. The manager and apparently OWNER Tim, who refused to give his last name, stated that that the box is needed. VERY RUDE! My frustration is, if you are making a return via AMAZON and it says NO BOX, then don't expect me to pay for a box when I bring the return into the store... I am calling corporate to report this issue. IF UPS wants a BOX, then they need to coordinate this with AMAZON NOT with the CLIENT when they come into...

If you are looking for a UPS store in the Bloomfield Hills, MI area, near Telegraph and Square Lake, this store is by far amazing! There is a young lady there by the name of Tone & She’s so kind, very very patient, professional and intelligent! I came to the UPS store to do a return, and had no idea how to use my Amazon application and Tone stepped me through it & she even helped me set up the application on my phone and helped me email her the information to print off for my return. Each and every time I pass the store on my way to my daughters house, I smile because Tone made me feel, like I was part of the smart group of young people today! It’s people like Tone that makes the older people want to come into places like the UPS store just to say hello to them.
