First of all, we love Chipotle, however, this Chipotle location is always such a disappointment with it constantly running out of ingredients such chicken, steak, cheese, lettuce, sauté pepper/onions, tortilla, chips, etc. You will order online and they will fill your order without several ingredients you ordered.
However, my experience today I was fed up with this location and I will never return until this location has an complete overhaul. They were not only missing ingredients (that is no shocker), but I had to deal with a very rude and angry worker who was filling the online orders. Upon my arrival, she was aggressive and throwing receipts and scrap food on the floor as her cleaning mechanism but was doing so in an aggressive manner. It was apparent she was in a bad mood so I went out of my way to be kind and have a smile on my face. Everyone has bad days right?!?!?! She was insistent on being angry. No smile on anyone's face was going to give her the slightest cheer.
When I arrived I was told by the cashier my order was ready and only needed to be bagged. I got there at 5:45 p.m. I scheduled my pick up for 5:50 p.m. so I was patient, at first. The carryout girl and the cashier knew my order was sitting there. My order sat there until 6pm and that is when I demanded that they give me my food. Instead of bagging my order, the carryout girl did restocking of items, and started new orders that were coming in -- meanwhile my order just sat there, again, only needing to be placed in a a bag. The rude carryout worker refused to bag my order even though it was pointed out twice to her and the cashier that my order was ready and only needed to be put in a bag. I asked the cashier to put it in a bag and give it to me. You could tell he was frightened to overstep his job duty and bag my order likely in fear of the reaction he would get. I finally gave him no choice otherwise I was going to just take it. It was absurd. I cannot comprehend why this online carryout worker refused to bag the order. What happened was so malicious and purposeful whatever the reasoning may be. Was it because I didn't tip on a carryout? Was it because she was trying to get fired? The behavior was over the top bad.
Corporate headquarters should definitely visit this location and give it an overhaul. And a similar message has been sent to the corporate office. It is an awful location and needs desperate attention with management and employee training. I will never go to this location ever again. No one needs to be treated the way...
Read moreI think recently the staff has changed, the usual staff that was always so nice and accommodating has been replaced by rude employees who seem to take their days and take out their boredom and frustration on their customers. I've been 3 times in the past month and I just can't go back, it's likes being in an unhealthy relationship-you want to stay because there are positives, but in the end it doesn't work out and you can no longer take it. I'll be talking about my most recent visit which pushed me to stop coming.
First off, when I asked if they could give me a mini burrito bowl, which other locations have done no problem and just charged me for a kids meal, the man who took my order who also seemed to be the manager, and he said "there's no possible way." That put me out, seeing as it's not like I was trying to cheat them for a lower price, I just wasn't hungry. I ended up getting a kids meal, and you guessed it, it was eye-roll city.
The second thing is I've notice these past couple of times, their meat is old and over cooked, you can really taste that the meat has been sitting out for a while, which saddens me because chipotle is known for making all of their food fresh, and the fact that you are supposed to be getting freshly cooked organic food reflects on the check as well.
Lastly, the man who rang me up, was extremely pushy trying to get me to purchase extras, I mean the fact that I'm a grown woman getting a kids meal should explain a lot-IM NOT THAT HUNGRY. he kept on pushing me to the point where I had to say "please just ring me up so I can leave."
I am disheartened because this specific location used to be so good, what happened?! I hope chipotle figures out the staffing for this location, but because of this and past experiences, I just can't bring myself to...
Read moreZero stars. This place literally blows. My mom and I went there at around 6:30 PM on July 7th. When we entered, there were 5 people in front of us which did not look to bad. Little did we know it would take almost 40 min to order and get our food. When there were only two people in front of us. One of the employees ‘announced,’ if you could call it that, that, ‘We are out of chicken and veggies…. Also, we don’t accept cash.’ It turns out, they didn’t actually run out of chicken, the staff was just too lazy to dice the chicken they had already cooked that was on standby in the heating drawer. It was then that people had to wait for the chicken. I was confused because there were literally 8 employees in the restaurant and only 3 people working and fulfilling orders. With at least one of those people leaving for some unexpected reason. When I ordered my burrito, the employee that wrapped was clearly new as i watched her mutilate the women’s burrito that was in front of us. When she was wrapping mine, she was clearly struggling. Her manager, instead of instructing and helping her, was chatting with another employee directly behind. The rest of the staff hid out in the back in and off their phones. My burrito came out in horrible, couldn’t even eat it because it feel apart. In addition, I guess while she was wrapping it, the employee somehow managed to get all the guac I ordered on the outside of my burrito (see photo). There was absolutely no guac in the burrito, but then again, I could only eat half of it until it fell apart. THIS PLACE SUCKS ,...
