Thank you so much for your response! I guess I was a little confused because my total was $104, tip was separate. I also did a gel spa pedicure so perhaps my calculations were incorrect and for that I apologize… however, the $62 gel spa pedicure was done wonderfully. As I stated on my initial review, my nail was chipped early morning New Years DAY. I called 2x and no answer so I assumed you were closed. Were you guys open?

Either way, I had to travel out of town on the 2nd and currently am still out of town until the Jan 7th, I highly doubt that once I return, my redo will be honored and I had to strip off the 50% polish that remained because it looked really bad at this point. Again, I had a very pleasant experience there besides the longevity of a supposedly "$42" gel manicure which to me is still ridiculous for it to only last half a day.

P.S Reviews are experiences that others would like to know about and there is nothing wrong with that. Had I not posted a review, I would have never known that the "experienced manicurist" used the wrong nail base for my gel nail polish and that will be a lesson to others to ensure that this doesn’t happen to them.

Made it safely to the New Year but sadly my nails did not! Super disappointed because the customer service was great! This place was highly recommended on FB so I decided to cheat on my usual nail spot. I had a great gel spa pedicure with so much attention to detail but my gel manicure did not survive and are continuously peeling as the days pass. Went in on the 31st and here we are on the 3rd of January and 3 nails have chipped severely. The first chip occurred before the 1st day of the year ended. I have not done any strenuous activities with my hands nor have had them around any cleaning chemicals. My gel manicures usually last around a week and a half before they START to chip from my usual nail shop. I decided to do a red cat eye which they looked soooo beautiful when I got them done. Would’ve given a 5 star if they lasted at least a week but to pay over $55 for it not to last at least 24 hours is crazy. Nice place,...

Very upsetting because I was a regular costumer of this facility, however; every time I came to the nail salon there was always something that just didn’t rub me right. A lot of the issues that I have with this nail salon has to do with the employees attitudes. Very dry personalities and not really welcoming. I made an appointment every time and I always had to wait 15+ for my pedicure to begin. The employees also seem to be very unapologetic when they hurt or cut you. Don’t get me wrong, they do an absolute wonderful job, however; they almost always cut me at every appointment. Wether it be with the gel removal machine and getting distracted and hurting my cuticles, to filing way too hard and causing my nail to burn, or filing so hard at my nails and causing my skin to crack and bleed. There was an instance where the nail tech cut me so bad and I pulled my hand away in pain. She pulled my hand back and made a face as if I were over reacting, then when she saw how much blood was dripping all she said was “oh.” She continued my manicure, I was infuriated. Towards the end she applied some antibiotics to stop the bleeding. This wasn’t the first I left the salon with sore and painful cuticles and cuts. I can’t believe that I put up with this for so long, I’m so glad to never be going back there again. I wish things worked out differently because I am always happy with my manicure and pedicure but the attitude and pain isn’t...

First time here and I understand a Saturday being busy but it seemed to be overbooked (especially when it was only 9am.) Pedicure experience was wonderful, definitely worth it with the hot stone and essential oils, plus the nail technician doing the pedicure was great.

Manicure though was just ok. A different nail technician did my manicure and she seemed to not care at how blotchy she was painting on the color... I even asked for 3 coats of color because she sheered out the first 2 coats of color so much, but still its extremely blotchy and patchy. Pictures unfortunately do not show how rough looking they are in normal light, but the sheer spots and lack of attention to certain spots on the nails are very visible. Also, forcefully pushing my hand towards me once you're done painting isn't a very nice...
