I want to thank all the crew at Happy Trees that came to my and my neighbor's rescure on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving.

A tree from my yard had fallen in my neighbor's yard, and had left two dead trees - one a stump - still standing, waiting to cause more destruction.

Once my neighbor had had the job inspected, she was told by Happy Trees that those trees on my property still needed to be removed from my property, as well as removing the tree that had fallen in my neighbor's yard

And as soon as I was made aware of the dangers, I contacted Happy Trees and was given an estimate, and contract to sign. Their price, as usual was very reasonable. They also agreed to get to us as soon as possible, hopefully the next morning - which they did.

In order to do that, they had to re-arrange their previous schedule with other customers. They also had to assemble a crew to get to our homes early, as another storm was coming.

I was truly amazed at the efficiency and speed that Gaudy made the arrangements. The crew came early the next morning, on time, and were very skillful and professional. And they were respectful and friendly, in every way.

They got the job done so quickly, and safely, and finished just as it started to rain. I was amazed.

It's also amazing to watch their crew work - they are truly a team that works like clock work. Everything was cleared away and cleaned up exactly as they promised, I was very happy with their work and relieved that another dangerous situation had been avoided.

"HAPPY TREES BY MGM" first came to my attention when they were working in my neighborhood recently. As a result, I decided to contact the company to get an estimate for the long overdue tree and other property maintenance needed. Marvin came to my house, surveyed what had to be done, and prepared and submitted a detailed estimate with options to choose from. Pricing was fair and reasonable.

Approximately two weeks later, "HAPPY TREES BY MGM" arrived on schedule with a crew of seven workers consisting of a crane operator, tree climbers and ground workers who work in concert with the tree climbers and also provide speed processing of cuttings through the chipper.

I sat outside and watched the entire job as it was unfolding. All workers were polite and courteous throughout the project. The cleanup was spotless. In fact, my daughter stopped by while the work was being done and said she could tell how pleased I was with the new look my backyard was taking on. She also had a long overdue need for tree and other property maintenance at her house. As a result, Marvin was asked to stop by and provide an estimate. The rest is history, as another beautiful job was done at her house and she was equally thrilled upon completion (11/04/23) to see the new look her side and rear property also took on.

Very, very happy with their work. Would recommend them to anyone. The owner Marvin is wonderful to work with, even came back twice after the initial estimate when we wanted to clarify and increase the scope. His office staff was also great to work with. They delivered their certificate of insurance the same day I asked. We hired Happy Trees to thin out two large trees in our rear yard and fully remove large bushes in front of our property. Their crew was efficient, thorough and very careful of our property. They used mats to protect my lawn, carefully tied up and lowered limbs gently to the ground. Before stepping on my neighbor’s property, the foreman asked me to call my neighbor for permission. When I asked them to remove one more limb, they did it without issue. Afterwards they raked and blew off the entire property, leaving it better when they left than when they arrived. After removing the bush stumps, they raked everything level.
