BUYERS OF SPORT COURTS BEWARE I bought a spring free trampoline from them a few years back and had no issues so I thought I would go back and bid out our outdoor sport court with them. I worked with them for about 30 days before we got to the final design and plan for the court. They gave me a rough price at the beginning and then the final price the day I put the deposit down for the Flex Court tiles. The numbers were close enough. A couple hours after I put the deposit down on the final invoice they sent me I went on their website to double check some items and saw the court was on sale for almost $4500 less than what they just charged me a couple hours before. I called my sales guy back and he stumbled over some excuses why and said he had to talk to the owner. I was like, what is there to talk about, you just over charged me for no reason, your website prices are clear, why did I not get those prices. They then called me back the next day and came up with a new number of roughly $3500 off of what they were charging me the day before not even covering the advertised savings of $4500 for just the court. They then tried to act like they were doing me a favor for adjusting this when if I would not have gone on the website they would have been more than happy to charge me that extra amount. They then tried to offer a “FREE” logo promo. This was the laughable part, they charged me $1900 for the logo and took $200 off and said that’s a “FREE” logo promo. On the new invoice they inflated a number of items to make back as much of the loss that I discovered the day before. I asked them for the invoice with the line item break down of the charges from the day before and they would not show me. They just had it bulk/bundle priced for everything. Over all this was a total retail scam and if I would not have gone on their website I would be paying thousands more for NO reason. This was their own sale they were running and not honoring. They treated me like I was in the wrong when I challenged it and were very condescending to intelligent logic. Bottom line they got their hands caught in the cookie jar, period! I went directly to the manufacture and saved thousands! I suggest you...
Read moreHad a great experience PRIOR to ordering. Tom was awesome. Explained everything in detail and even told me what hi kids liked and how long they continued to use the products etc. Mark I believe was the set up guy. He came out on a pretty windy day.and was pretty cold so I was surprised they didn't reschedule. He had the system put together in a reasonable amount of time to. The one thing I was pretty disappointed in after the fact...he showed up first...and IMMEDIATELY I noticed my neighbors fence (wire) was completely knocked down. I asked "Mark" if by chance he had knocked it down with his truck and he replied that he hadn't so I informed my neighbors that the wind must have taken their fence down. (A but uncomfortable as there has been friction with my neighbors). After they returned from work..and a few days later when they had time to really look things over, you could see large truck tires that actually had backed down into their yard and into their fence taking down their fence. NO ONE was here with that size truck but "Mark" and the neighbor across the way said they saw a dark truck back on the south "ditch" as they called it, prior to it being over on my northeast lawn. Needless to say, I just settled last week for $87 for my neighbors damages. Now the kicker ..the slide on our playset se5d to low and when my son slides down, it slams him so hard to the ground. He LITERALLY gets bruise and IT HURTS. I have now attempted "5" times to reach "Tom" to see what can be done as my "lifting it up" I'm sure would mess up the calibration in a sense & I'm not doing that. He a5tempted he one time to call back but I was working. He has not attempted since. I am not happy at all with my $2,000.00....yes, $2,000 purchase...which is already from the beginning a little too small..but I figured we'd maintain..but had to fix the slide and now here were I've paid out of pocket for damages they caused and they can't return a phone call to figure out how to make a $2,000.00 playset injure the kid it was bought...
