Starbucks — Restaurant in Richfield

I just ordered through the Starbucks app today for the first time, paid, and hoping my drink will be ready for pick up because I have only 30 mins of break and the construction around there isn't helping. I went and asked for my name to pick up, barista looked at me, pointed at the pickup station and asked if my drink was there, I looked among the other drinks, and said no. She looked at my phone order, not sure if even read it correctly, said the order didn't go through and she will make it now. Sure...I waited, then she kept making other drinks for pickup before getting to mine, I supposed to pick this up and leave but I am still here. Fine...She was making mine and I reminded her it's coconut milk because I am lactose intolerant. She nodded, then finishing up my drinks..I asked for honey in my original order, guess she didn't really read it. So she took back the drink and dumped the honey packet in my drink, no mixing. Because when I took a sip, the whole piece of honey stuck in my straw, then after a little bit, I realized it wasn't even coconut milk...because my stomach is upset and the I couldn't even taste the coconut..you...

January 2012: This was simply an amazing Starbucks, probably the best one I have been in. The shop was very clean and very modern. In fact, I would say it was quite a bit different from your usual Starbucks. And to top it off, there are some excellent restaurants in the same area. Another plus is that there is plenty of seating, thus you don't have to worry about pesky students taking up all the spots.

Update March 2013: Although I have moved outside of the immediate Twin Cities, I still manage to find my way to this Starbucks on occasion to meet up with friends. As stated before, this is probably still one of the best Starbucks locations that I have been to. I have also noticed that several of the employees are the same as before. Unfortunately, I have observed more and more students going here, but I suppose that is to be expected. Thankfully, the students do not flock to this Starbucks in abundance as of yet. Furthermore, it is significant to note that there is plenty of outdoor seating...

Horrid, I came in at 12:08, I got two drinks… I was in their until 12:38 it wasn’t busy about 5 mins after I ordered it got busy (8 customers). As I watch my two cups with my order sticker sitting on the counter for about 20 mins they were making everyone else drink that came after me Not online order, but coming to the register and ordering just like me. Then when I was sitting their for about 10 more minutes some lady working there said”there’s about 25 drinks were making” as if I’m rushing them but simple no, I was a mistreated customer that waited patiently while watching everyone that was after me get their drink before me, and someone even got the same drink as me got theirs first. I just simply find it unfair and what the employee had to say was really rude really rude. I have social anxiety when problems come up like that, but if I speak im the rude...
