Well thanks for responding back, and I do like real jam,real fruit and good tasting beverages your three drink lacked according to me. Your explanation of mango drink is phenomenal jam after it’s blended wouldn’t be chunky and your lychee drink was was concentrate with water which wasn’t very good. And your explanation of hot drink one of your waffle or cinnamon drink was purchased which you do sell as hot drink and i requested it to be as hot as you can possibly make it and I repeat myself it was lukewarm at best. Bottom line wasn’t for us ( Ding didn’t do it for us, we were driving through the city decided to try, it was below average at best. Two drinks were water based drink so smoothies mango and lychee as we started having it it had some powder substance coming in the mouth. Very unpleasant and tasted like I was eating chalk. The milk based drink we requested it be as hot as they could possibly make it’s wasn’t even like warm. Either this place doesn’t know how to take order or they need to consider some reforms. The boba is amazing! The girl on the register today was fairly unpleasant, which is why I gave the three stars. While making the drinks she was talking poorly about several local businesses - one of which I know the owner personally, the other I frequent often and love. People are allowed their opinions, that's not the problem. My issue is, they shouldn't be speaking badly about neighboring (small) businesses while working and customers are within earshot. It's super unprofessional and honestly, not very nice. However, the other girl working was much friendlier and spoke highly about the businesses. I ordered from there, and the service isn’t bad. Sure, I had to wait a minute or two, but I wasn’t in a hurry. The boba had a kind of funky taste, so minus two stars for that. Who knows, it could just be me, maybe all bobas like that I’m not sure. But i put three stars for a reason.
