We saw the Newsies here and it was great! The parking was close with only a short walk and, even if you're seated in the very back tier, you're still close to the action. This is a great outdoor venue for watching a performance/play. I would strongly recommend that if you're going to view, say, a play performance there that you bring your own portable lawn/ tailgate chairs with for comfort.
