I WAS BEYOND IMPRESSED, ALONG WITH PLEASED FOR ALL OF THE HELP THAT JESS (idk her name or assoc #, but I don't think that the MANAGER WOULD NOT ASSIST YOU WITH HER I FORMATION AS WELL)
I was in JCP at SOUTHERN PARK MALL THIS EVENING...VERY VERY LATE, & I bc i had to go make a payment at a different store, I had to leave, briefly I thought, but the other STORE ASSOCIATES were not able to HOLD A CANDLE (ironic, bc I bought a candle!) to the ASSOCIATES at this particular store. It was close to closing time, & for reason I knew the phone number for the store. I did make the purchases I could only with the help of the AMAZING STAFF (SOME WERE READY TO GO & ANNOYED, but I'd expect nothing less & would never blame anyone for that. The 2 ASSOCIATES THAT HELPED ME THE MOST WERE JEREMY & JESS. I would not be coming back to this store without the kindness & GIANT hearts they shared with me. Read moreThis JCP has very good customer service & a decent selection to shop from, recently i’ve shopped here and spent some hard earned money. x amount ya know. well last year i bought a ring for my girlfriend around $500 with a lifetime warranty purchased separately for the ring. Money well spent she had the ring stuck on her finger at work and had to pry it off bending the ring. i turned the ring in March 29th 2021 and got called April 13th 2021 explaining my rings at this location repaired waiting to be picked up anytime. i showed up April 14th 2021 and spent an hour watching two people search around and come up empty handed. they also asked if my girlfriend already came & picked it up. we both work full time and have a crazy schedule it’s hard to find time of our day just to make these special trips so no she did not pick up the ring. Read moreThe ladies at the pick up counter for online orders were the best ever! Not so much in the store. I understand pushing to get folks signed up for credit cards,but the voice overhead told them they were at 10 for the last hour and they needed to do better. Real motivation.
Then I go to purchase two packages of underwear for my husband, BOGO 50%, they would not ring up correctly, big surprise. Had to take a picture of the sign and product and take it back to the register.
Still would not ring them correctly. Then tried to give me a discount if I signed up for a credit card. Very seldom use credit.
Manager came and over road the register, never offered an apology for making all the customers wait at one of maybe two checkout spots on there.
