Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Boardman

When I first started coming here the food was great on par with every other Bdubs location however over the past year or so the quality of the food has dropped. My wife is allergic to blue cheese and upon out last visit blue cheese was mixed into the ranch. Yes, we told the waitress before ordering. The staff has quickly fixed the problem however made us very uneasy. Upon out most recent visit we had a waitress that was very kind but only handled drinks the rest of the staff brought us everything else. Upon receiving our food my wife's order was incorrect. She wanted breaded chicken she received grilled. She accepted it and said it will be fine the chicken was dry but still tasted good. As for me I got 6 wings dry rubbed. Upon my second wing I had to excuse myself as I felt as if I was going to vomit. Once I came back to the table we paid and left. My reasoning for not saying anything to the staff is that when brought to there attention last time. Blue cheese incident. We were apologized to and told sorry fault of the cooking staff. Outside is a sign hiring cooking staff $200 signing bonus. This tells me they are hiring anybody to cook for them and the reason for me and my wife sitting the toilet this time is in proper staffing not there fault but best train them in a way that they do not make your...

I'm not a real big fan of giving reviews like this. Mainly because it's more than one factor.

First of all the cleanliness of the utensils. There was a hair in one of the silverware sets at the table. And the other set literally had food particles still on it.

We were there on a busy day and our server had tables spread out all over the place. Not her fault there was a hostess seating and maybe they go by the next person through the door that doesn't have a table that's who they give it to. I used to serve myself in a Mexican restaurant I know how it is not having an actual section. But on a Sunday they definitely should have had one more waitress or waiter and they definitely should have grouped them together. There were a lot of football fans there that day which is understandable for a sunday. There was a 12 top which in server lingo that means 12 people at a table. So that might have set things a little bit differently as well I don't go here all the time I do not know.

They do have people bringing out food helping the waiters and waitresses. Either way it was around 15 minutes in between seeing her at times. And there was a server station right behind our table.

Had a fairly decent night. Started with one waitress however after seating us we did wait over 30 minutes for our appetizers. After our waitress returning with our appetizers we attempted to order a mixed drink and not only was the order not put in but she hadn't returned. A different waitress, Emma, had practically taken over our table bringing food, refills and just overall servicing our table. Sitting there we noticed she also took over on servicing tables of our original waitress as well while the original had hidden in the backroom and over by the bar. Had requested our table ticket to be transferred to Emma so she could receive the tip as she heavily deserved it.
