Where do I start!!! I was given the wrong medication, I called in to talk with someone about it and was placed on hold for 8 minutes to talk with a pharmacist then was hung up on. I called back in placed on hold yet again for 8 more minutes. I called back in and luckily I got the pharmacist who just so happened to answer the phone. I was nice about the situation and the RUDE customer service that I received over the phone. He assured me that they would have it fixed and told me that the lady they had answering the phone shouldn’t have been because she’s not good with CS. My Mother was undergoing chemo and radiation for lung cancer, which was inoperable in her final stages of life. The cancer had already went to her brain. When myself and my mother went to pick up her pain medicine (which her two doctors knew she was receiving from both of them)Brian had the audacity to scream at her about it in front of several people. Telling her he was worried about her liver as an excuse. This isn't my opinion this is a fact he should not be able to work with the public if he has no sympathy with a dying person that only wish is to ease the pain of their last days.
