I want to set the record straight and claim that Xclusive Audio does the best services in terms of Installing aftermarket lights! I went to the shop on my first visit and requested an installation of some aftermarket DRLs and foglamps. Not knowing at the time that the foglamps I had with me were universal and was not a direct fit on my type of vehicle thus part of my request could not happen. Fortunately the owner gave me an explanation and a solution to my problems. He showed me which exact foglamps I could order online that would get a direct fit on my vehicle soo I did just that! On my first visit, the owner only managed to put on the DRLs which was fine by me. On my second visit I came with the right fit of foglamps and a new set of DRLs that I wanted to replace for the old ones that he previously installed due to the reason that those 1st DRLs were defect and were losing there light! This time he did managed to install both the foglamps and the new pair of DRLs in just under 2 hours which amazes me! The speed, efficiency and dedication to do the job was beyond my expectations! Juan is upfront, tidy and clean. Everything he uses is high quality, I’ve had previous sound systems installed at sound decision and the way he wires everything is clean. He recommended his dealer line audio pipeline 12” sub paired their Amp is 1.6k watts Sub is 1,200 watts Rms and peak 2,400 watts. Never ever have I been impressed by a 12” sound system it’s sooo clean loud inside but no rattling outside. I never heard of the brand and went off his recommendation. Naturally I’m nosy so I went and inspected his quality of install, no wires hanging. No extra cables zip ties anywhere. Everything nice and clean, then had me sit in car and tuned the sub/sound to my liking. Juan is priced very fair. He’s using quality parts to the components used on the wiring to the box, he also educated me on why box pairing was important to the sound quality and life on sub. Me and my husband went here because I had no sound so we paid for 124 for a diagnose to see what the problem was he told me it was my radio receiver he gave me a bill for 1,028 to get it fix on the bill it had things I did not NEED or ask for all I wanted was to fix my sound he tried to charge me for a whole new screen and facing then he told me he would put my receiver in for 150 if we bring it to him so I went to the junk yard and paid $100 for a radio receiver and instead of going back to him my husband and his friend put it in within 10min my radio is working AMAZING it’s a shame how people try to get over on you and scam you out your money HOW DID I GO...
