Yesterday - June 27th, my buddy and I were tubing down a river, where we were suddenly caught off guard, flipped, and lost our phones, wallets, and car keys to the current. After navigating our way off the river, we began our long trek in one direction until we found somewhere that we could ask for help. After 3 hours in the 90 degree sun, in nothing but swim trunks and Cut up bare feet, we arrived at this complex. After walking into to other stores next to subway, and being denied entry due to no masks, we approached the subway with low hopes. We walked in and expressed our situation to the workers, and with no hesitation, they pulled out their phones and Ubered us to the nearest AT&T so that I could buy a new phone to get home. While we waited they gave us cups of water and rehydrated us. I truly appreciate this subway and the crew that was working at 4:30 PM on June 27th. Read moreI ordered a Foot long and Soup at subway today. an employee gave me Foot long and that was ok, but Soup was stale, she emptied the soup container and gave left over and filled half cup of soup and gave it to me. I came home and when I was having lunch after 5 min that time, I noticed my soup was stale and color of the soup was dark brown then I called them, and the girl over the phone agreed for its refund. After my lunch (with in 30 min from order) i reached there with stale soup and she (with and 2 employees) found it is stale, and she said they cannot refund the soup. I said give me store credit I'll use it next time, but she said she cannot give that too. Then I said throw that in garbage and she said OK and then I left the store. Read moreI would first like to acknowledge the good customer service the cashier provided. Kudos to that young lady. However, I will never return to "This" particular Subway. Might I add, I eat Subway at least twice a week three times on a good week(shout out Joliet). I have been to this particular Subway 3xs and the quality gets worse each time. The bread is forever stale, then, they toast it making it inedible altogether! The tiny portions of protein that is placed on the sub is absolutely ridiculous(talk about ripping customers off big time). The veggies are thrown on th sub like pig slop and you guys call yourself "artist" yeah horrible take! On three separate occasions, I've wasted my time, money, my lunch break and lastly my appetite!
