Ron and his crew are knowledgeable, fun people and love what they are doing. They have helped so many people transition off cigarettes and pride themselves of helping people to live longer, healthier lives. We love that every single crew member knows their stuff and we don't have to explain what vaping is like we've had to do at so many of the stores we've visited in our travels. They are always on the lookout for new and better tasting juice lines and and hardware. I'm amazed every time we stop by to see what they've found. You might want to wait a week after we've stopped by if you're looking for strawberry flavors, as I clean them out! Have been going here exclusively for about 2 1/2 years now. I had some issues with my vape when I first started going and attributed it to their product, but I think the timing was just coincidental as I was long over due to upgrade. When my device finally did kick the bucket, they gave me a loaner to use until I bought a new one, which I love. They are so nice and knowledgeable and are always happy to point me in the direction of my next favorite flavor. Anyone who says they had a bad customer service experience here, I have to assume was the instigator. I've seen first hand how they deal with unpleasant customers and it's just as professional as one can be in those scenarios. As someone who has had to deal with unreasonable people, some times there just isn't anything you can do to make them happy. These guys are so awesome. I couldn't be happier that they have managed to stay afloat through all the hurdles over the last few years. I was buying juice online for a while when the temporary ban on sales happened and it was a lot cheaper, but I immediately and happily started buying from then again...

Vapor St8 has been longtime friends of my wife and I for 7 years now. The owners have put in a tremendous amount of time to make this store what it is today, even adding a location in Tacoma to spread its customer base. They are the most knowledgeable Vapor experts in the pacific northwest. Their employees are all very down to earth, smart, and helpful when it comes to product purchasing. They are commonly understanding with returns when big purchases malfunction due to the products technology, but smart enough to be able to tell when it's user error.

One huge thing that makes these guys and gals so great, is they have helped me, my father, along with countless others curve their tobacco obsession. They genuinely care about all of their customers.

Their biggest plus is their Vapor juice selection. All of their juices are safe, tasteful, and they take pride in their product. They would not sell the juice if it's not something they would use in their own vapes.

They are a 100/10 business for everything they do for their customers, employees, and community. Love these guys.
