she was in fact our server, you the owner were no where to be seen? so I'm not sure how you knew she was serving another table? You never came out or spoke to us? She was rude through and through. We in fact did give her very clear response that we wanted a refund, not one time did we "not respond to her". she did not apologize to us at all she was the one who didnt give a response to us. Everything i stated is true, im sorry you weren't there to see what actually happened. We didn't want another dish or for it to be remade since there would have been absolutely no difference.

If I could put a ZERO Star I would, we went in yesterday (3/5) around dinner time to celebrate a birthday. We've been eating at this New Peking for many many years, we were extremely dissatisfied. The food was so bland with absolutely no flavor at all, when I mean no flavor I literally mean no flavor, no spices, no heat no nothing. We couldn't even eat the food. It was so flavourless that we ended up telling a waitress there but that was also a mistake. She was so unbelievably unprofessional to the point that when we told her about the situation, she said and I quote "what do you expect me to do about that?" We were dumbfounded that she would even say that, no apologies no,oh I'm sorry let me fix that or let me get the manager, absolutely nothing. She kept dodging the situation to the point that She even left without doing anything and we had to call her again and explain again that we weren't going to eat this when there's no flavor. She wasn't going to do a thing until we asked to speak to the manager, then she finally decided to "help" us which really wasn't much help. We paid for the soup that we actually ate then left. We ended up losing our appetite as well. Like I said we've been going here for so so many years and this is the first time we've ever had a situation like that where we couldn't eat the food and had no help whatsoever. We could not believe the level of unprofessionalism or terrible customer service we experienced. Unfortunately we won't be eating there anymore and that definitely hurts since it was once a friendly restaurant with amazing customer...

AVOID. Overpriced and poor service. I wanted sweet and sour chicken with fried rice instead of steamed rice which I was informed I would have to order separately because they can't substitute, so they wanted to charge me for an entire entree of fried rice which was 10 dollars on top of the 16 dollar chicken. So I just opted for the 10 dollar chicken fried rice entree instead which turns out to be about 5 ounces of rice and maybe 2 ounces of chicken, but since I wanted no veggies in the rice I was charged extra because they would "have to cook it".... so where does all the other rice come from?? My husband's General's chicken was very bland flavored for as much sauce as it was soaked in and I actually found two small BONES in my chicken fried rice. We were charged 3 dollars a piece for 6 ounce sodas and refills were NOT included. And be warned, when the server brings your food and asks if she can "do anything else for you guys tonight" she actually means ANYTHING because she won't be back after she brings the food. Whenever you decide you've had enough you're expected to go to the front and wait for someone to ring up your food so you can pay and get the heck out because by then that's all...

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My Fiancé, his uncle, and I stopped in for a drink late Friday as we were passing through town. And as my fiancé and his uncle order a drink I stopped and talked to a nice lady that was sitting at the bar, she made a nice comment about my hair or something so I obviously made new friend. And when asked, I said I’ll pass on a drink for right now. Then a woman one of the bartenders barks at me to give her my id, witch is no problem whatever lady I look young I guess (I’m 23) so I paused my conversation and handed her my Id, she ever so rudely grabbed it and started staring at it all weird.. then she walked off with it I was like “ is there a problem lady” and she proceeds to tell me that nothing about my WA state drivers license adds up.. like what the heck do you mean.. when I asked her that she couldn’t even tell me what didn’t add up, she shined the black light on it and just kept saying “nothing added up”.. and “this is a no I’m not excepting this”.. and I didn’t even order a drink! it was so rude and unprofessional and...
