East Boston Branch of the Boston Public Library — Attraction in Boston

The library itself is quite nice with a perfect location just a short walk from the Airport stop off the blue line. There's a great spot outside in the front you can sit and read. I came here to study and it was silent for the first hour, but don''t expect that after school hours. As soon as 3:00 hit, kids came rushing in screaming and yelling and the staff didn't (and couldn't really) do anything about it.

If you don’t mind some noise, it’s a perfect library to get some work done. Noise is primarily coming from children playing, but I won’t complain because 1/4 of the library space is dedicated to children, plus I have noise cancelling headphones.
