It's a nice park. It's all sports fields. base ball. Football. Soccer and 2 tennis courts and a stadium with a running track. But....it's also a great place to go for a walk which means..... Dogs. Lots and lots of dogs. And despite these fields obvious use as a baseball field and signs saying no dogs on the fields. they invariably become dogs parks and all that comes along with it. Most are good about picking it up. But not everyone. There are no park police or wardens so It can attract some less than positive characters especially after dark and no one there to enforce some of the rules like riding mopeds, thankfully the police know who they are and are working on it. Also the local police don't seem to know exactly where the park is and it gets confused with breman street park Which is right behind it. Which is policed by mass port. Otherwise it's a nice park with lots of room to kick or throw a ball around. There is also a kids playground and a sprinkler...
Read moreDespite that the area is well traveled and used, the grounds are well maintained. The stadium is permiited to Suffolk University and can be challenging to get to use the fields without a permit from the city of Boston. High School matches/ games are played on these fields in addition, so if you don't have a field permit you will be asked to leave if a permit has been issued to the high school and colleges. Respect those understanding as the City of Boston and college pay to keep this location...

Very nice park that's extremely close to Airport Station, Bremen Street Park and the East Boston Greenway which is a decent walk to Maverick Station and a slightly longer walk to Piers Park which is in the Jeffries Point area. This park has a decent size playground for kids. Has a few baseball fields, a tennis court, a football field and some open grassy area which is great for a quick pick up...
