The bank Santander is not worth going into & it will not be there long the way they conduct their business. I went into Santander to open a bank account and get a roll of quarters & had complications with the teller. It was not the staff as much as just the woman working the first teller box all the way to my right. She was rude, petty, argumentative, & dismissive of me. I feel she had a problem with the fact that I was a man. Like, a man hater. She was very nice and polite to the woman In front of me and couldn't stop talking to her to the point that the woman walked away, & the teller was still talking & looking at her walking away. I didn't immediately walk up to the teller because I didn't want to interrupt her watching the woman walk away looking her up and down until she was physically out of site and she could no longer see her. When she finally turned and looked forward and saw me, she gave me a look like I was bothering her, or that in the past I had stolen something from her even though I am certain iv'e never seen her before. The type of look that no amount of apologies could make right. For this reason, I excused myself & left and went to Eastern bank and opened an account. In defense of the manager there, she also seemed bothered by the long pause before helping me. The manager was behind her & had no view of the way she looked at me. The manager then walked away prompting the teller to then start arguing with me. I am certain the tellers actions were timed perfectly with the intent to not be seen disrespecting me. I hope she is nicer to others in the future as it's not called for. The only reason I give 3 stars is because it is not Price Rite's fault they are in the same mall, and I had an excellent experience at Price...
Read moreWhile this place is described as a "mall" it's really more of a small indoor shopping center. It has. Popeyes Chicken restaurant, but no food court. It does not have public restrooms (but some individual stores have restrooms for customers). It has a large discount grocery store, Save-a-Lot, which carries mostly generic or house brands, some produce, meat, and dairy but with a much more limited selection than a larger chain grocery store (like Stop & Shop or Star). It also has an athleisure clothing/sneaker store, a ladies formal wear store, a beauty supply and wig store, a Marshall's discount store, a "dollar" store, a Cricket phone store, a family dental center, and a small branch of Santander bank. There is a large, free parking lot with ample parking and wheelchair van accessible parking. Within the same plaza, but not within the mall itself, there is an auto supply store, and a McDonald's (currently still closed for renovations as of...
Read moreOverall this mall is pretty substandard mainly due to it's small size. I visited the Snipes store and ONLY the Snipes store while there. The employee that helped me was beyond rude. I asked to try on two different sizes of a shoe (which I DID even purchase), the employee returned with a single shoe in One of the sizes I requested. When I asked for the other shoe he was upset that he had to go get it. They fit so i went to ring them up. There's a sign AT THE REGISTER that reads "Klarna accepted here" but he spent 20 minutes playing with my phone, the register, AND his own phone but could not put the sale through. I finally got frustrated and just gave him my debit card. Really Snipes... Train your employees properly, or, just fire the incompetent ones you have. Or, better yet don't leave two 15 year olds alone to run the store. I'll never set foot in that...
