Marshalls — Local services in Boston

I find this particular location of the Marshall's chain to be somewhat sub-par as far as Marshall's stores go. I haven't found the merchandise to be as varied or the same quality as other Marshall's I have visited. The aisles are often obstructed, and one cannot get around or view merchandise easily with a stroller or in a wheelchair. Especially in the cosmetics/health and beauty section, it is not uncommon to find merchandise opened, sampled, or damaged, so inspecting your choices carefully before purchasing is wise to avoid dissatisfaction and/or returns. If you're looking for assistance, I'd recommend either the fitting room desk in the back of the store or the front registers. Probably my favorite local Marshalls! There isn't any dedicated parking and it's in a bit of a strange area, so it's a quiet store. This is to a shopper's benefit as they had TONS of great clothes in all sizes. Most Marshalls stores are heavily picked through and I only find a few interesting clothing items on a trip, but this store had me going to the fitting rooms over and over again. Yesterday I went there for shopping, they staff is not helpful at all and the way they they talk to customers is very rude 😒 special the woman who was working in dressing room section😡 On june 13 /2023 around 5 to 6 pm. The same date and same time too the supervisor or manager of the cashier took me over 40mn before she helped me out. She keeps talking and laughing with her...
