Chautauqua Community House — Attraction in Boulder

We stayed in an adorable cabin, bed was very comfortable, loved having compost and recycling bins along with trash available. Pullout couch was only acceptable as far as comfort, but...it's a pullout couch. If we wanted better we should have shelled out for the 2-bedroom cabin. What a great venue hidden within Chautauqua Park. This is where they host events during the colder months as it is insulated and heated. Beautiful place and great location next to the state park. Be prepared to pay through the nose for this accommodation, especially during a weekend of high demand. Most places will capitalize on that demand with a 3 night minimum, Chautauqua demands a 4 night minimum and then adds insult to injury by not accepting AARP or any other discounts.
