Don't waste your time and money!!! Stopped in one day to get information and pricing for amp and install in my F150. Told the girl exactly what I had and what I wanted to do and she gave me price of $190 not including amp and wiring kit. She even wrote it all down itemized for me. She also told me there are no appointments just show up before 2pm and they finish it same day. So, I buy an amp and wiring kit online telling them exactly what I was doing. Called mad marks one morning, told them what I needed installed and he said come on down and also quoted me $190. I get down there about 11am and the guy at the counter, just rolling around the office on a chair and never got up, tells me they can't do it today. I told them what the office girl told me and that I had just called and was told to come in. They just kind of sigh and look at each other and tell me that it's going to have to be later today. I said fine. I take an Uber home and about six hours later he calls me and says I didn't explain the job properly and I need an extra connector and it's going to be at least $350 because they do a professional job and solder things and it's very complicated and time consuming. I told him that was ridiculous and I would be down to pick it up. Another Uber down and I go in and asked for me keys. Then he starts in with excuses and I don't have the right stuff for the job. I again asked for my keys, he is still rambling, I said "Just give me my keys, I'm done wasting my time with you!" He finally hands me my keys and I left. COMPLETE JOKE. how they have been in business that long is a mystery. Maybe get off your butts and come out and look at a vehicle and look at equipment not purchased there to see if everything is going to work before the customer leaves. Complete waste of a day and out $30 in Uber rides. I am still convinced I had everything I needed, they just didn't want to do it and probably didn't like the fact I didn't buy...

Unfortunately, after doing business their twice - I have to share the facts below: I purchased and had them install an entirely new sound system in my vehicle. 7 months later the head unit/receiver begins to malfunction. I bring it back for them to correct. The manager "updates the firmware" which did not work and made it worse. He then tells me it is a defective unit. The manager (who I have dealt with both times over over the last two years) states they can upgrade me to a $550 Sony unit (which he claimed they have sold a lot of and have not had problems) and they will credit me the $300 dollars I paid for the original unit towards the more expensive Sony and asked for an additional $40 to ship the old unit back so they can get their money back. We agree to split the shipping and shook hands on it. Scheduled the install of the upgrade for the next day. At the time, I thought they handled the problem well and kept a happy, loyal customer. THEN - the very next morning, the same manager called and tells me his boss says that they will only take the old defective unit out - then I pay all the shipping to send it back to the manufacturer and only when they receive it back (in about a month) will they install the upgrade BUT now they will only credit me HALF of what I paid for it. I will also have a hole in my dashboard while we're waiting for the old unit to be repaired and shipped back whether I want to upgrade or take a chance on sticking with the repaired unit. When told how unacceptable their change in what we agreed to was, he stated "That is our policy". Well, that was NOT their policy yesterday.
Bottom line - They don't stand behind the products they sell, their word or hand shake mean nothing as what they say and do one day may/will change the next day and obviously they don't care about their customers. Just the facts. ...

From the very start he was informative, knowledgeable, and professional. He worked me up an honest quote, and then let me know they could do same day service which was awesome! Enter Joe the installer. What a nice welcoming guy from the start! He also thought I had cool car which is always nice!! So onto the installing of a sub and amp! This was very professionally done and needless to say about thumped me out my seat! I would absolutely recommend this company hands down!! Along the way there were employees in and out and were just as nice and professional as the next. Great work, clean shop, and fully stocked store! Would absolutely go back.
