Rose was excellent doing my orange spa pedicure. That experience was great ! I knew I would be disappointed when they were having the guy on his phone for the last hour do my nails. It was horrible And uncomfortable!!!! Prices kept changing , he got upset because I told him I had acrylic, when I had dip. My fault , literally dont do this often! My tip was artificial, and my bad I didnt realize all the terminology! The whole time he did my nails, he was in a rush, he kept telling me is this ok, I'm dont have time to go back! Ok, then do it right the 1st time.! He told me 10x, the difference between acrylic and dip...first of all I didn't go to school to do your job! 2nd of all I told him and the boss I wanted acrylic this time! So what does it matter If I know the difference of both? I mean i do, they just wouldn't listen! Cutting me off when I tried to say something! So then when he wanted me to put my hand under the dryer on under the nail table, he would exclaim "be careful " , this went on for about 10 mins , every time he was ready to switch hands! So embarrassing And annoying! When I walked in there was one other customer. There was like 5 now, with all technicians working! So the hand massage was a joke too, I'm guessing it was included? He wrapped my hands in hot towel and chopped my hands for 30 secs, put them together, moved his hands for 30 secs, and boom..done? Ok... then he said ok, ok , you're done , thank you bye... when I went to go pay... he asked If the tip was for both. Of course. I just wasted $82 , didnt ask for 2 people to do my services. Seriously, worse nails I have ever gotten, and I went in because I'm going out of state next week!!! So , unless you are a long time customer, because they were friendly, nice and took their time with the regulars! I'm looking for a nail home, and unfortunately this isn't here! Like i said , dont go here, If you dont want a botched job. I want to say the guys name is Peter( younger guy), but I was never introduced.. but I thought someone called him that? Oh yeah they arent even filed correctly or the same . All the junk is on my skin , a long with color. Acrylic...
Read moreI have been going to this location and supporting a local husband and wife salon. I booked my appointment ahead of time and was quoted $55 design/fill. As my appointment is coming to an end and realize that this looks NOTHING like the picture and it was almost time to start my next shift at my second job I decided i can come tomorrow as it's my day off. Leo used blue on my left hand and green in the other. I asked him why he didn't use blue in the first hand when he did my design he said "your nails are already blue" as he started my second hand he only used green? (Take a look at my pictures below) I also asked Leo if Jennifer could do my eyebrows she did with a little bit of a wait. She tells me I owe $70??? How come it jumped from 57 to 70? I paid $70 and left a $5 tip on top of a bad job and being unsatisfied.I then called and spoke to Leo asking why it came out to $70. He asks Jen and passed the phone to her and she said for sanitation products which I fully understand if they were practicing sanitation guidelines. Then she rudely says I have to get back to work. But he did my acrylic powder in the same jar not even in a separate bowl aside from the acrylic powder. Eyebrows at most give or take should be no more than 10$. So that would make it 67 dollars. In total I paid $75 much more than what I should have paid. The only thing they offered me was to repaint the nails a solid color. In a business it's truly about making your customer happy. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone nor will I be coming back. Its not about the money it's about the quality but I am walking around with nails like my 2 year old did my nails. They advertise high end and elegant this is far from that and the customer service is...
Read moreI was recommending by a friend here & the first couple times I have truly enjoyed it, & loved the way they did my nails. However I have had three rude encounters, fist one was a lady who just spoke rudely when I was paying at the end of everything. Not a big deal, the second time I went they were saying how I was a complicated teenager, im not a teen, but thanks for the compliment. The third rude encounter truly makes me never want to go there again. Peter (the nail tech) was very rude when I told him that I wanted my mani before acrylic, he told me he could just file my cuticles down. After I told him again I didn’t like the way it looked that way, I like to have my mani before my acrylic he raised his voice at me & told me he is the nail tech & basically made it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about, even though I get my nails done very often & im paying for it so I expect it to be done well & the way I want it, not the way the technician wants to do it, & to top it off he skipped my hot towels & hand massage which is supposed to come with the manicure not just the cuticles being trimmed. There was no reason for him to speak to me that way. & usually I’m asked if everything went ok before I leave but this time I wasn’t asked how everything went, so here I am now. I truly hope I get the courage to go back. & if I do, I truly hope I don’t get a rude technician again. With that being said, the place is nice but don’t be surprised when you have a rude...
