This Honey Baked Ham location is a franchise location and not a corporate store. Unfortunately the customer service and business practices at this location are absolutely horrible and they can not be trusted. I received a $7 off $50 purchase email and called the store to verify that they would honor it (some franchise locations will not honor corporate coupons) and they said yes. I'm at the location that Friday before Labor Day weekend and I'm the only customer in the store (what does that tell you) I ordered several items and explained that I had the $7 off coupon. As the cashier rang up the items, he says to me, I'll deduct the $7 off the rack of ribs and I agreed. I had checked the pricing of the rack of ribs on their website prior to going to the store and they were listed at $21.99 per rack. When I looked at the receipt in my car, he had charged me $22.99 and did not take off the $7 coupon. I went back to the store and explained to the cashier that he didn't deduct the $7 coupon and he said the ribs were $29.99 which is not true and I told him I checked the price before going to the store. He then started to back pedal and tell me next time he'll takeoff the $7 or give me a free sandwich, so that told me he was caught in a lie and trying to save face. Wow and I can't believe Honey Baked Ham would allow these type of ripoff practices to loyal customers and in our case loyal for more than 25 years. I have called the customer service line 3 times and they have yet to have anyone call me back, so honestly I think they really don't care. I will NEVER go back to this location and Honey Baked Ham has lost a really good...
Read moreThis is the fourth Honey Baked Ham I’ve visited in six months. I walked in to find the employee sitting. His attitude was that of someone who did not want to be bothered. I ordered a salad and purchased a bottled water. After paying for my order I inquired about silverware, none was provided. He pointed to a few forks and spoons. No knives and no napkins. Of course their was a tip jar on the counter soliciting for money.
My first experience in Honey Baked Ham was in March 2018 in Brandon, Florida. I purchased a sandwich. Later I contacted food poisoning from it. I contacted them the following day. They were apologetic and offered coupons. I said that would be great. I have yet to receive any coupons. It upsets me more that they offered them and did not follow thru on their promise. The food poisoning was bad enough.
The Honey Baked Ham in Sarasota, Florida is the best one I’ve visited. The employees are friendly and generous. Sadly the other three stores I’ve visited have been sorely lacking in customer service and quality. With my experiences from this franchise it astounds me how it stays...

Everything was ready to go on large party platters and plastic utensils were provided which was vert helpful. The sandwiches were tasty and hit the spot! The sides were delicious and plenty! The triple chocolate cake was to die for. The food was perfect for out event and the clean up was easy! I really enjoyed these amazing, hard working employees. Costumer service was top notch.
