Would have given zero stars if that was an option. We called the night before going to Shipwreck mini golf in BB. We were told it opened at 10am the next day. We pack up the whole family, grandpa, little ones, mom, dad, uncle, aunt, and cousins and drive on down for 10:15ish the next morning. We park our 3 vehicles and pay for parking. When we get up to the shack to pay for mini golf we are told the man ran out to get change. Ok, understandable. But turns out , no he’s in there and tells us that he won’t be opening for another 40 minutes. So we have to decide…do we wrangle up the little ones and go elsewhere or wait? Neither a fun option. We go back to to ask him if he’s sure he’ll open by 11 because maybe we could just walk a bit. He won’t give a straight answer …maybe or around then …WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS MODEL IS THIS?!?! Terrible experience… We decided not to give our business there and go elsewhere. What I don’t understand is how hard it would’ve been just to give us some balls and clubs and let us play. When I told the person working what had happened, he just said that they don’t have a policy on people getting hit in the head with a golf ball. How do you not have a policy on that lol.
