I can’t say enough about this establishment. I came to Greg with a cherished oval coffee table that had an unfortunate accident, & legs broke off the pedestal base completely. I was lost on where to go or contact, a mutual friend mentioned Ruding & Wood network, restoration so I called txt pics of table & was happy to hear that it was repairable. I was given a fair quote & an estimate of time repair from Greg. I dropped off the table, took a look at the facility & was confident that I was entrusting the right professional to do the work. I was pleasantly surprised that the table repair took less time than expected, I had Greg send me pics of completed work, & I was completely overwhelmed. The photos looked amazing. When I came to pick up the table I looked it over from every angle & it was flawless. I’m beyond impressed & overwhelmed, with the quality of repair but also the quick turnaround time frame. I recently brought a vintage (1957) Lane cedar chest ( inherited from my mother) to Ruding and Wood. I sent pictures to Greg, and he promptly sent me a quote. It was that easy. Although it was not it was not inexpensive, the workmanship was excellent and worth every penny. At drop off, I was able to pick out the color stain I wanted, a Greg sent me a picture when the process was started to make sure I was happy with it. I was!

I was given an approximate completion time, and, received a call within that timeframe. I was so excited to pick up the chest- it came out beautifully! I couldn’t be happier! apparently, really nice former owners sold to this gentlemen named Greg - I agreed to the price he quoted, although it was higher than I expected - when I mentioned to him I couldn't pick up my repair within the week of invoice being sent to me due to holidays and my schedule - I would pick it up 3 bus. days later - he than texted me - making me aware of penalties!!!! at first thought he was just kidding!!! Texted me back he wasn't - Texted him - no way - I was going to pay penalties - he than called me up - the :customer" and out of the blue - screamed at me !!!!- no exaggeration - please everyone - stay away !!!!!! the other side - his employees still...
