Horrible customer service, the delivery driver had horrible attitude when arrived to deliver & pick up appliances, then he did NOT want to do as what we paid for, an he was gonna leave appliances not hooked up an not take out old appliances as we spoke about before purchase with Vern the owner that was the deal, Delivery service did not make us feel as a valued customer but as a enemy with how he chose to ARGUE instead of acting pleasent and understanding, NEVER had this issue in the past an spent thousands of dollars over years... NEVER again will I go through "Bade" very un-called for an un-pleasant experience to say the least. Its family owned so this is really the only option of voicing my experience as I tried calling an they just shrugged it off because it was a family member...Buyer Beware!!!Avoid at all cost, save your self the horrible experience!!!    Read moreStopped in on my lunch to checkout a new fridge and oven. I prefer to buy local. The salesman was nice at first, then it took a turn. He didn't like that I mentioned I do my own repairs, then tried to make up reasons why I couldn't. Then he didn't know the prices of his own showroom appliances. Took 10 minutes shuffling through papers on his messy desk. He finally came back with a price $450 over new. I told him that was out of our budget range, then he said "well then all you can afford is the cheap chinese junk". Okay dude. First of all, you have no idea how much I can afford. It was used and had a 60day warrantee so I was surprised when they said they would come look at it for free. I was grateful. After the repair guy left he said he would get back to me. It's been about a week and he hasnt. I get that the service call was a gratuity but to be ghosted is unprofessional and frustrating.
