If you are a person of color I do not recommend coming here. Me and my family went here and ordered a side of cinnamon french toast and an Egg meal and requested to sub the two pancakes that comes with it with another cinnamon French toast. This was the worst experience I have ever encountered knowing we are in 2025 and we should be welcomed and RESPECTED everywhere we are paying for service at. The waitress we were working with confirmed that I can be up-charged for $1.50 to sub the pancakes for a FULL order of cinnamon French toast. I agreed and when the food was brought out I was given a half order of a single bread of French toast which is equivalent to a SINGLE French toast stick. Thinking it was simply a cook mistake they then came back explaining that that was what I paid for. I explained that the waitress CONFIRMED it was going to be a FULL order of French toast. The waitress ADMITTED this was a mistake on her end. We came to an agreement that they can simply give me the order of 2 pancakes that originally came with the egg order and instead of refunding me the $1.50 just giving a side of fruit. When the food came back they then said I had to pay for the pancakes even though the mistake was on the company’s end. I agree to return the single French toast so I won’t have to pay for the pancakes and I then asked to speak with the manager FIVE times to discuss the situation and explain how the mistake on their end and that truthfully the French toast stick should of been complimentary being they made a mistake and the time I waited for them to fix my order. He refused to come out and when the food came out it was WRONG AGAIN. They decided to remake the side of cinnamon french toast and they came out as regular French toast. Being a person of color I definitely felt like we were treated in a horrible way despite us supporting and staying respectful the ENTIRE time. After the food was incorrect again and the manager STILL continued to REFUSE to come out I asked for a refund and they gave me cash back after not being able to go figure out how to give me a refund to my card. AGAIN THIS IS NOT A PLACE FOR US AFRICAN AMERICANS. This was totally unacceptable and I will never support this...
Read moreHorrible Customer Service! I understand Mother’s Day is busy.. but first off the staff should be attentive to the paying guest, our waitress was rude, and basically just didn’t want to be bothered with us, she kept going over to this Booth , I’m assuming that was her family, because they received exceptional service I’m sure. While she was too busy visiting with family and friends she forgot our soup! When we told her she just shrugged it off saying “ oh well it’s free anyway “ then my daughter’s chicken was undercooked, again she could care less! We brought these complaints to the hostess who basically just kept biting her acrylic nails, the so called manager was brought these issues and she again did nothing about the undercooked chicken, or the forgotten items from our lunch… if the soup and side items are free.. please hand those portions out the poor! Read moreWe visited earlier on a Saturday morning recently, we got seated quickly, and were attended to immediately. Once we ordered the food came out quickly, and it was good. The yogurt bowl with granola and blueberry was great, so many fresh blueberries! The french toast was thick and well made, I prefer a more eggy french toast and this was more on the bready side but that's down to personal preference, hard to get it eggy through when it's thick slice and the menu is clear that it's thick so I expected that. The chocolate shake was rich and thick. Only let down was the strawberry orange juice, we expected maybe some strawberries blended up into orange juice but it was just orange juice with strawberry milkshake syrup drizzled around, still tasted good though! We'll definitely be going back again. Everyone there was super nice too, the young woman on the cash register even made some change so we could go feed the animals at Perry Farm Park...
