Went on Wednesday at 1045. The place was a madhouse. There were multiple daycares of grown kids all over the toddler room. It wasn't safe for my daughter to play. Not to mention they charge full price when there is only one toddler room filled with big kids and a one year old doesn't really last more than an hour playing with all that stimulation. Only after paying did I find out that many of the exhibits (including the main huge castle) were either under construction or completely gone, but then when I told them that’s what we came for, they refused to do anything regarding any kind of refund or even just a pass to come back another time when things are back up. We’re usually there for hours but this time we tried to be there as long as possible which was only 30-40 min. Cost about $40. Kids were bored and wanted to leave....

The staff is very accommodating, the facilities are clean, and every room in the exploration station is designed with children and early developmental stages in mind. The entrance fee is very minimal and there are plenty of things for children from ages 2 to 7 to completely enjoy themselves all day long.
