If I could give it a ZERO I would!! What a terrible restaurant, we were in town for a basketball tournament and found this place. What a mistake, the five of us four adults and one teenager were seated in what you might call a bar area. We sat there for 20 minutes before the waitress even made it to the table to ask us what we would like to drink. Now you might say 20 minutes isn't that bad, in the whole restaurant there was THREE waitresses and between them there was on SIX tables with customers. She brought us our drinks and ask about our food order, we placed our order which included some fried mushrooms as well as two chicken gyro plates with fries an order of chicken parmesan and a hamburger and fries and a chicken wrap. She brought the mushrooms out about 25 minutes after we ordered them and they were okay. Well we waited another 35 minutes before I had to ask where is our food? Now mind you there has only been one more table seated and one family left. We were told it would be right out, well she brought it out The hamburger was cold there was no lettuce and tomato or onion and the fries were cold, the two chicken sandwiches were also cold and the wrap was luke warm. She didn't bring out the chicken parmesan she said they were MAKING IT, well when we finally got her attention to tell her our food was cold, all she could do was make excuses. She then called a man in glasses all dressed in black to come to our table he asked what the problem was and I simply told him all of the food was cold, now between him trying to make excuses for our meals, the waitress brings out the chicken parmesan order and it was steaming. The manager then stated well he was going to make it right and take care or the order. They now have taken all of our food back except the chicken parmesan. The waitress came back to fill our ice tea glasses and I asked her what were they doing with our order and she stated "OH" they are making you everything fresh, OKAY we waited this long why not wait a little bit longer. When she returned we looked at the food and could not believe it was the same food just reheated. You ask how I know this, I"ll tell you my hamburger still had the spot where I took a bite out and now from being cooked medium it black on the outside and the inside is well down and dry out. I then had had enough and I called the waitress back to show her our food, she couldn't believe it well here it is. She then went back to the manager and he came back with a very rude attitude stating that he was in the kitchen and everything was recooked BS I told him. I refused the burger, he then snatched my plate off of the table and gave me a look. The waitress then comes back and tells us that the cook told her that he told them to reheat the food not remake it. Well she gives us the bill and states that they weren't charging us for the two gyro plates and the hamburger or wrap or the mushrooms she then handed me the bill and I went up to pay and the same guy who was the manager then tries to make me pay more money then is charged on the bill stating that the waitress had no authority to partially comp our meals. Well I then told him to go ahead and charge me for the whole bill and continued to tell him what a terrible waste of our time it was that we tried to eat our dinner there. He then told me that he wasn't going to charge me for the whole bill but now he's making me pay for the fried mushrooms. I couldn't believe it, so I said do what you want i'm tired of the whole mess and that I was going to post my families experience on line in order to protect other families from the same terrible service and terrible food, he then threw my receipt on the counter and gave me the look again. I'm posting this in order to allow other families to find a better place than this to eat. Wishing everyone out there all of God's Blessings and Protection in theses...
Read moreOur 1st time here and we enjoyed it very much! Our waitress Ryan was great! She was very attentive and did a good job! The food was delicious and VERY filling! We are taking half of it home.
I had the Chicken (grilled), bacon, cheddar, ranch sandwich on round roll with fries n soup, BUT I changed the ranch out for thousand island dressing-it's how I always eat chicken sandwiches! My fiance got a Monty Cristo sandwich (even though it wasn't on the menu they made it) we both thought it was delicious! That also came with fries and soup.
**side note: It was almost 90° out and they gave soup instead of a side salad with the meal. I just thought that was odd. LoL
They forgot the turkey on the Monty Cristo but the waitress was right on it and got the turkey on the side n brought it right out. (Now since this is our 1st time here I don't know if the missing turkey was an accident or if they do not normally serve turkey on theirs. Hmm? But anyway Ryan brought the turkey out and did not charge extra for it.
The 2 sandwiches n one coffee -I had water-only came to $27.87 plus tip of course! We will definitely...
Read moreWaitress was non attentive and never came back to table after food was served. Closing was much more important to everyone there than my late night dinner. Waitress even told me they were getting ready to poor the coffee out so I got it just in time. So they make you feel special, but not in a good way. I when heard them tell another couple that was sitting there talking well we close in 30 minutes so if you need anything we need to get your food order. I get it everyone wants to go home after work but if customers come through your door before closing your job is to feed them, serve them whatever. Your closing actually should be when you lock your doors. I can understand some preparing before but not coffee and things customers order. Don't tell customers they have to order now because closing is in 30 minutes. Who's important here? The customer or your locked doors before closing time? I probably won't be back. I had a $60.00 dollar meal that night feeding my family and I just don't feel good about spending my...
