Carpet Heritage — Attraction in Branchburg Township

30 years ago smaller family service and retail businesses were the only choice for shopping. The most successful ones were those that provided the best service. Today, shoppers are too quick to forget the value of service and purchase things from large department stores. Not surprisingly, they get frustrated when the stores fail to call them back, fail to show up on time, fail to care if the service or delivery of merchandise went as planned. The customer service representative on the phone is seldom in the same store location no less the same department. The salesmen and woman in these home goods and department stores probably don't care if you actually purchased something. They could care even less if you are satisfied. Sooooo, I will only purchase carpet, appliances, cars, lawn equipment, household goods, etc. from local family owned stores who actually care. I am willing to pay a little more money to guarantee that service, to speak to the person who actually sold me the merchandise and to get a real sense that they care if I am a satisfied customer. Carpet Heritage and Joe have continued to exceed my expectations. I wouldn't trust department stores, Home Depot, Lowes, etc. for major purchases like this. And........I wouldn't take the 15 minutes to set up a profile and write a review unless I felt this strong...

This experience has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. Joe and his team are incredible and they truly care about their customers. We’ve been in the process of renovating our “new” house that we just purchased (a farmhouse built in the 1800’s). Carpet Heritage completely transformed our floors and brought them back to life while still keeping them classic and authentic – the difference is night and day. Joe is extremely informative and walked us through the process together so we were part of every decision from the beginning. His crew spent the time to answer all of our questions and create samples on our actual floors so that we felt confident about our final decisions regarding color. It made all of the difference. They are prompt, courteous, flexible, respectful, hardworking, and really care about their craftmanship. This kind of special attention to detail and customer service is so hard to find today. I don’t normally post public endorsements, but I had such a good experience with Carpet Heritage I wanted to share. I picked Carpet Heritage after looking for new floors, I had looked at several local options. I specifically wanted to work with a local independent having been very disappointed after using a big box store several years ago. What a different experience this time. I cannot recommend Joe and his installers Ivair (wood/LVP) and Emad (carpet) highly enough. Joe worked with me on the process of product selection based on my taste and budget, he also connected me with a great interior designer. His installation team were outstanding. Extremely professional and highly experienced, the workmanship on the LVP flooring install has already drawn many compliments. The pride they take in their work was evident – they also cleaned up perfectly when they were leaving.
