Subway — Restaurant in Branchburg Township

I went to Subway specifically to get the eggplant parmagian $5 foot long that I had repeatedly seen a very persuasive commercial for. When I arrived, instead of recieving an appropriate greeting, the 15 year old girl behind the counter asked me, "Uh, do you want a sandwich??". Having just walked into a SUBWAY restaurant, I thought that might have already been assumed. I said "yes", and the girl seemed surprised. In retrospect, that was a red flag. So I quickly made sure my much anticipated eggplant parm was, infact, on the menu (and for just five bucks) then I ordered it. The girl was clearly confused. "Eggplant?" she asked, implying she didn't even know what it is. "Uhm, hold on," she said as she scurried into the back room to consult a more informed co worker. Just as I was certain she was getting a brief lesson on common produce, she returned to the front, shaking her head. "No, we don't have that here." "Like, you're out?" I ask. "No. We've never had that" she declared, as if I'm the weirdo for asking. "It's on the menu, right there" I said, pointing to the large sign mounted high on the wall for everyone to see. She turned, squinted and absorbed the information on the sign. Clearly this was all news to her.. She shrugged, "Huh. Yeah well, we don't have that." I was tempted to ask her if she was new. Perhaps she was mistaken.. Perhaps they did have all the necessary ingredient for my sammy.. But then I thought about it for another second and decided two things. 1: Even if they DID manage to find some eggplant to nuke with some sauce and cheese on a roll, chances are it probably wouldn't have been up to par, even by SUBWAY's standards. And furthermore, 2: I really don't think I want that chick handling my food. So instead of ordering anything else, I left,...

I'd give negative -10 star to this pathetic Subway with worst attitude young Indian couple @ front desk...Be aware to ever visit this particular location..My daughter had severe threw up & got sick after had worst sandwich made by front desk Indian young couple.Girl stands at front desk threw worst attitude,sledged us in native language & tons of tantrums when we asked to ameliorate sub..This location should be reported to close permanently & owner seems very pathetic & always gives hard time with rudeness when asked to change gloves & add even normal meat..Check pic & also other Sub my wife got was burned by this arrogant front...

WORST & pathetic subway spot my family ever seen! Girl standing on counter shows tons of attitude & extremely abrupt...My wife asked genuinely to change gloves & fill proper turkey & meat balls but counter girl deliberately avoided to add even any normal stuffing & instead talks rudely..Also doesn't keep health standards from cleanliness...My daughter caught COVID +ve after had few times Subway from this location..Stay away..owner just put frivolous reviews from own family members to attract customers...Wish Subway should close this location & take...
