A Hidden Gem with an Unforgettable Creamy Balsamic Dressing

Trattoria Uno in Branchburg is a true hidden gem, offering an exceptional dining experience that keeps my family coming back every Friday. What sets this restaurant apart is not just its warm and welcoming atmosphere, but the sense of community it fosters. We’ve become part of a group of familiar faces who, like us, return week after week—proof of the consistent quality and service.

One of the standout features of Trattoria Uno is their homemade creamy balsamic dressing—a unique, flavorful creation that elevates their already incredible salads. It’s the perfect balance of rich, tangy, and smooth, making every bite unforgettable. Their chicken marsala is another must-try, perfectly prepared with tender chicken and a deep, savory sauce. And for those who love pizza, their vegetable pizza is top-notch, with fresh, high-quality ingredients that make each slice deliciously satisfying.

Beyond the food, the staff at Trattoria Uno is always friendly and attentive, making every visit feel like a special occasion. It’s rare to find a place where both the cuisine and hospitality are equally outstanding, but Trattoria Uno delivers on both fronts. If you’re looking for a restaurant that combines authentic flavors with a welcoming, family-friendly environment, this is the...

They are not family friendly!!!!!! We were driving by and we searched the area for a pizza place. This place was on our way. After seeing the reviews on Google we decided to give it a shot! Oh boy! We were 5 adults and 3 kids and immediately noticed that we were not welcomed! We were not given any utensils! I had to go back and get the highchairs on my own. We ordered 2 large pizza and asked for hot sauce! He came back with a half full 4 ounces cup! We were not even given any napkins! He handed napkins right when we’re done because we asked for it! Pizza sauce was just barely there and cheese had no flavor! We had to have hot sauce to get some flavor tbh. Soup was okay but little bit salty, but okay! Honestly, this is one of those times that you just feel like you are not welcomed and they make you feel it every time you ask for something because they were suppose to bring you without asking or should ask you if you want it or not! To top it all, gratuity was added to my check by a handwriting. Gratuity for what? This was a terrible experience! Not family friendly! I do not recommend this place if you are a party of more than 4! P.S. I paid the whole check! I just didn’t want to deal with them! They ruined everybody’s trip way back home because we...

We generally avoid strip mall eateries. Sad we missed this for the last few years. Fantastic food! Great prices and very reliable service! Update: After going here at least 7 times and each time quality diminished. Last dinner on a Tuesday night with 8 other diners in the restaurant. Waitress warned us not to get pizza because the sauce is "terrible"Waitress took our order and specifically asked her should she not be writing it down... you can see where this is going. My wife ordered a panini and fries both well done, I ordered a veal dish with no mention of garlic on the menu but I specifically asked for absolutely no garlic. My wife got a cold cheese sandwich on a roll and I got a plate of garlic with a little veal. Could not get her attention for ten minutes while she socialized with friends at the table next door. Finally had to yell to her and was told that that is how they make paninis they are not heated it "refers to the roll" and my dinner can't be made without garlic... Needless to say like obviously most others,...

Trattoria Uno lies along the busy US Highway 202. There is a medium-sized parking area in front of the plaza the pizzeria is a part of. Inside lies a welcoming interior with good lighting, clean tables, and great decorative wall hangers. The staff was very polite and friendly and the slice selection was excellent. I decided to go with the meat lovers and the tomato slice. They were not stingy on the meat with this slice...it came fully loaded. Very filling. The tomato slice benefitted from amazing sauce. There was a good amount of cheese and the ratio to the sauce was excellent. Both slices had a nice crisp crust and base. The tomato slice is a real winner, and one of the better ones I've enjoyed in Somerset County. Overall, this place has my approval! Excellent pizza!

because I give 1 star of this email to Restaurants with bad service, because I visit Restaurants daily. Of course, his little education is very noticeable, which he I can send you my other email so that you Look at your video of my visit and tell me if I would guide you to be treated like this. can see how many restaurants are given 5 stars, everyone who has a restaurant has to know that kindness and respect come first. I won't give 5 stars because of bad service looks at expresses himself.

One of the more pricey pizzerias on the Pizza Hunt Tour on the Pizza Hunters App. A speciality slice and a Soda was $6. Wanted to talk Pizza based on some of the previous reviews, instead had to listen to a text conversation go back in forth as tge server kept speaking into his phone. Was awkward. Anyway tge slice was ok. Nothing really stood out. Looked like they offered an nice Italian Cuisine based on the menu and the space.
