This shop has a collection of some of the most beautiful works I’ve seen in Vermont and is a must see. However, I would suggest that the individual behind the counter treat all of their customers equally. On Oct. 13th, I had been on a hike with my husband and 2 dogs and perhaps did not look affluent enough to be able to afford anything in the store. I asked her a question regarding one of the artists and she simply said “I don’t know, whatever it says there”, referring to their information card on each table. No other words were spoken to me, even as I left. Another couple came in shortly after me and she started a conversation with them almost immediately, asking them where there were from. I’m a professional accountant by day and avid hiker on many weekends and it’s unfortunate that I felt judged and ignored by this individual. Also many different styles: abstract to realism. There are wonderful full pieces on display for those with a bigger budget, and many affordable reprints and smaller pieces as well. Very inspiring and fantastic resource for those looking for unique pieces that have both meaning and integrity....
