Walgreens — Local services in Brandon

If I could do ZERO STARS I would, This Pharmacy was ridiculously rude and did not want to help with anything even tho that’s there job, had no compassion with my situation or the 80 yr old lady that was infront of me who was trying to get a new inhaler because hers wasn’t working they response was that she needed to call the manufacturer and when the old lady told them that it was their responsibility they said It is not our responsibility, you need to call the manufacture because we don’t make them. So you need to call the manufacture, all we can do for you is sell you a new one and you’d have to o pay cash. And clearly this old lady was on a fixed income. And I’m not even gonna get into my situation. But I don’t know if it’s cause you’re overworked or what it is but very very rude. Will definitely not be going back...

Another great visit at Walgreens/Brandon. I was immediately greeted & asked if I could be helped. The associate was pleasant, courteous & a pleasure to speak with. As I was cashing out she thanked me for my business. With this kind of service, they definitely will be seeing me again. What a pleasure!!!!!

I rarely visit this Walgreens, but their customer service changed my mind!

I was ill and at 2:30 AM, I placed an order for a few items. At 8:10 AM, I received a text message that they were ready for pick up. I arrived at the store and the Customer Service Rep was so kind. I was in and out within minutes. She hoped that I would be feeling better!

I obviously looked under the weather & was impressed with her efficiency and care to help me on my way.

I went into the Brandon Vermont store today and was purchasing many items along with an iTunes card for 200.00 . I was refused the card was told I could only buy 10.00- 50.00 as I was being scammed . I def wasn’t being scammed I even explained that I was buying for myself as I purchase a lot of music and play games . You should not offer cards for more than that if you are just going to embarrass a customer when they try to purchase them !!! I went next door to hannaford and bought exactly what I wanted . I will not be back in that store again .The manager was very rude to me and needs to work on her...
