So upon moving out of Brattleboro to a different state I had to ship some items from Staples UPS store on Putney road, the sales person was nice, and when we were about to conclude our business he offers me Insurance on my packages for 5 dollars more I could add 500$ damage/loss protection...so naturally i agreed. lo and behold my package was damaged during shipping, so I file the claim, which Staples then files with UPS, UPS denies my claim, why , and how is this right or fair ? because UPS claims the package did not meet their guidelines in packaging material ( even though it was in the ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX) why did he not mention the UPS guidelines before I shipped ? why did he not explain the process of what would happen if in fact my package was damaged ? How is it that the salesperson has no knowledge of the UPS guidelines for packaging to INSURE that if damage or loss occurs the INSURANCE i purchase would be useful ? my hard earned money thrown down the drain because of a loop hole they refused to share with their customers....rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate. Oh yeah will be contacting a small claims lawyer going to take Staples through the ringer...

I came in and the guy at the counter said he had a couple of other ladies to help and then he'd come help me. I proceeded to stand there for a solid twenty minutes at least while he helped person after person that came in after me and ignored me completely. Finally a manager came out and asked what I needed and when I showed him the phone he said they don't do that there and that he couldn't take it because of the swollen battery. I said that I had specifically brought up the battery to the person on the phone and they said they did, and he just said that person was wrong.
Thanks staples. You won't...

Six months later I was refused the bathroom again today. The below comment was just window dressing.
Now the manager on the phone claims it’s for septic reasons while the other person I talked to said it was because of the homeless.
Honestly that’s worse. Denying me a bathroom when I can go home sucks, but being needlessly hateful to the unhoused...
